L'appartement d'Olivier est très bien placé, dans une rue calme. Il est bien équipé, spacieux, on s'y sent comme à la maison !

Le séjour chez Olivier était parfait. Il a été très disponible et agréable pour échanger tout au long du séjour, ce qui a vraiment fait la différence. Encore un grand merci à lui pour l’accueil. Arthur

Apparemment très bien situé a proximité de la gare, des commerces et des restaurants mais au calme. Logement grand et bien équipé, nous avons passé un très bon séjour sur paris

Logement parfait et correspondant parfaitement à la description. A 10min à pied de l’Accor Arena. Bel appartement avec de beaux volumes, bien équipé et avec une bonne literie. Je recommande. En plus il y a une place de parking (mais pour petite voiture). Hôte parfait

A very lovely and cozy apartment, we loved our stay. Upon arrival at 3pm, the cleaning has not been finished, we had to wait for half an hour. But the cleaning itself was high quality. And Olivier has kindly refunded us the cleaning fee for compensation. The lift was temporarily not functional during our stay, it was not easy to go up and down several times everyday for the elderly. But on the other hand, I believe it is not under control of anyone. Overall, we loved our time there, and we highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable stay in Paris. See less

Easy to connect to streaming services for entertainment and comfortable couches. Shower was excellent-best of the trip so far with plenty of towels and washers for our stay. Location was excellent with a myriad of restaurants nearby and Metro stations less than 5 minutes walk away. I'd highly recommend staying here. See less

Comfortabel appartement, met goede banken en stoelen in de huiskamer en ook een goed uitklapbed. We waren er met 5 volwassenen, wat qua ruimte prima ging, al was het iets prettiger geweest als er een aparte wc was geweest (dat wisten we overigens wel van tevoren). Erg leuke&authentieke buurt en metro lekker dichtbij. Communicatie verliep heel prettig en snel. Ook fijn dat we er wat eerder dan de officiële inchecktijd in konden. See less

Nice and quiet location, yet very close to metro and train stations. We enjoyed the bakery down the street. The home was nice, comfortably, clean and well furnished. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great size apartment. We only had a short stay due to travelling but the apartment fitted 4 adults and 2 children perfectly. Near Gare Du Lyon for our onward journey. I would definitely stay again.

The location is wonderful! My parents have mobility troubles so having a lift was perfect and using Bolt car service to/from the apartment was easy and affordable as opposed to the metro. I did walk to the metro a few times and it was very doable. Lots of supermarkets close... See more

I did walk to the metro a few times and it was very doable. Lots of supermarkets close by too! The kitchen is in need of some tlc. There’s cracked/chipping paint and plaster on the wall and the ceiling and that made me a little nervous to prepare food in the kitchen. Beyond that, it was a great stay and we would stay in this apartment again. See less

Communication was great, instructions to get in were clear, the apartment was spacious and accommodating for our family and toddler. Very close to Gare de Lyon station which was useful for us. Overall, a great stay!

We had a decent stay at Olivier’s flat in Paris. It’s close to Gare de Lyon and is spacious. There’s only 3 steps up to where the lift is, and then the apartment is on the 2nd floor. Check in is flexible and easy. Beds and towels are clean and comfortable. The flat was warm. 3 cons / points to note: 1) the cutlery / dishware is dirty and needs a serious clean, 2) the bathroom and kitchen ceiling need to be renovated (stains in the ceiling), and 3) communication wasn’t great (no food recommendations when I asked the host other than telling me to look it up online, and the baby cot was not set up for us as requested). 4/5 and could be better with a little effort. We stayed just one night as a quick layover. The apartment was perfect for a family of four. The beds are very comfortable. It was a very convenient walk to the train station in the morning.
