Hedonist is building a new generation of apartments designed to offer a simple, comfortable, and elegant stay in the heart of Paris. Always ideally located near transport links and major points of interest, our spaces cater equally to leisure travellers and business guests.

Every apartment is carefully renovated, optimised down to the smallest detail, and decorated with a distinctive architectural identity to create warm and welcoming interiors that immediately feel like home. We oversee the entire real estate value chain, from sourcing assets to operating them day-to-day. We identify undervalued properties with strong potential, carry out a full analysis — real estate, legal, financial, and urban planning — then structure each project with a rigorous approach: negotiation, detailed business planning, bank financing, and club deals.

Our teams then manage the entire renovation process, from architecture and materials to refurbishment, layout, and furnishing. Finally, we ensure efficient and transparent operations, including asset management, yield management, listings, reporting, and third-party management. This end-to-end expertise allows us to deliver optimised, profitable, and durable real estate products.
