Laetitias Wohnung war sehr schön und hat unseren Aufenthalt in Paris zu einem tollen Erlebnis gemacht. Alles war wie beschrieben und die Kommunikation lief absolut reibungslos. Die Lage ist sehr gut, die nächste Metro war fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Der Check-in war sehr flexibel möglich, selbst sehr spät abends sind wir problemlos an unseren Schlüssel gekommen. Wir können diese Wohnung definitiv weiter empfehlen. DANKE! See less

Super miejsce, super gospodarz

Wunderbare Unterkunft in Paris für ein paar Tage. Dinge zum Teil schon etwas gealtert. Bad typisch Paris relativ klein. Es gibt nicht wirklich eine Möglichkeit am Tisch zu sitzen. Gerne wieder beim nächsten Mal.

Das Studio liegt in einem Wohngebiet und es war schön, den Alltag eines Teils von Paris zu verfolgen. Man ist jedoch schnell mit U-Bahn oder Bus bei den touristischen Attraktionen. Studio ist mit allem ausgestattet. Vielen Dank

Very nice quiet place to stay in Paris. Cozy and minimal which was definitely nice and the bathroom was really good too. I appreciated it all. If I go back to Paris I’d definitely try to stay here again

Metro eve 5 dakika yürüme mesafesinde olduğu için heryere kolaylıkla ulaştık. Hatta bazı konumlara yürüyerek bile gittik. Yani ev sahibi ve ev ile alakalı hiç bir problem yoktu. Just had an excellent 4 night stay here and recommend it to any solo travellers or couples. Check in was easy: I got off my train at Gare du Nord and was in the flat 25 mins later. Hosts send a link to a video explaining how to get in which was very helpful. They are very responsive and helpful. Flat is small but it’s spotlessly clean and has everything you could need. Everything seems new. I was very comfortable after long days walking around the city. Easy to get anywhere in the city due to proximity to metro lines but the Canal St Martin area about 5-10 mins walk away is very pleasant with lots of cafes, restaurants and lively bars. See less

Le studio est vraiment confortable, avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Voisinage souvent bruyant ; mais comme le métro passant pas loin, on s'habitue. Commerces et transports proches. Séjour très bien à Paris, et je garde cette adresse précieusement. Merci à Laetitia et son co-hôte Raphaël.

Anschließend hatten wir leider einen Stromausfall, allerdings war der Co- Gastgeber direkt erreichbar und uns wurde für 2 Nächte ein anderes Appartement zur Verfügung gestellt. Leider ist die Unterkunft direkt an der Metro, weshalb es ab und zu etwas lauter ist. Man gewöhnt sich aber schnell daran und hat dadurch einen schnellen Weg in die Stadtmitte gesichert. Zusammenfassend ein kleines schönes Appartement mit guter Lage, vielen kleinen Restaurants und gutem Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber/ der Gastgeberin. See less

L'alloggio è stato perfetto per trascorrere qualche giorno a Parigi. La posizione è abbastanza centrale e ben collegata a due metro (2 e 11) che a loro volta si collegano in tutta la città. La casa è piccolina ma giusta per ciò che serviva a noi che ci dormivamo soltanto; la cucina era dotata di ogni cosa utile, compresa la macchinetta del caffè. Il bagno era pulito e c'erano phon e biancheria. Il divano letto secondo noi era comodo. Gli host sono stati sempre molto disponibili per tutta la durata del soggiorno, rispondendo nel giro di qualche minuto a ogni nostra domanda o esigenza. Consigliatissimo!!! See less

Petit mais très joli, il y a tout ce qu’il faut et le logement était impeccable à l’arrivé. Excellente communication, hôte sympathique et arrivée flexible. Situé à Belleville, quartier populaire avec beaucoup de restaurants bons et pas chers!
