We had an amazing time! The apartment is on a busy street but located to the back so we were even able to sleep with the window open! Easy access and walk distance to the Eiffel Tower 10/10

Het was al met al een fantastische ervaring voor ons als familie met onze dochters van 10 en 13. Het appartement was zelfs mooier en groter als op de foto's. François a répondu rapidement et était toujours disponible. Attention, l'interphone ne fonctionne pas actuellement ; si vous commandez une livraison ou attendez des invités, vous devrez descendre et ouvrir vous-même la deuxième porte. Nous n'avons pas réussi nous connecter à la télévision centrale, mais ce n'était pas grave. En tout cas, l'appartement nous a fait très bonne impression. See less

The place was just as the pictures showed. Beautifully decorated and spotless. The apartment was cozy and warm in November. The street had everything that you need - a cafe, wine shop, cheese shop, market, bakery, pharmacy, and more. Metro stops were a short walk. It was fabulous stay!

El Airbnb tenía una decoración exquisita, la cama muy cómoda y el sofá cama amplio como para dos personas tamaño promedio. Calefacción por radiadores y tenía lavarropas y lavavajillas que fueron un 10. El baño también, volvería a repetir

Very good location, walking distance to many attraction points in Paris. Easy to access via subway, busses. Lots of restaurants, bars, supermarkets in the surrounding. Safe & nice neighborhood. It looks like in the pictures, with all necessary amenities. Smooth communication and last but not the least very clean apartment!

Le lave linge et lave vaisselle sont très utiles surtout quand on as des enfants. Vous avez tout le matériel nécessaire pour assurer un séjour confortable. This space is a great choice for a stay in Paris! I’d totally recommend it. it’s clean, beautifully designed, peaceful, and within walking distance of many attractions. Moreover, Francois is really friendly and always replies quickly. My family and I really enjoyed this lovely space in Paris.

Sehr empfehlenswert! Sehr sauber, hochwertige und geschmackvolle Einrichtung, stillvolle Wohnung. Gemütliche und warme Bettwäsche. Gästebett war hart, daher nicht so gemütlich. Duschkabine war rutschig. Sonst super!

Our family of 5 (including a baby and 2 other young kids) had a very nice stay at Francois’s apartment. He had a crib ready for us when we arrived which was very appreciated. The apartment is very chic and looks like the pictures. The bed was comfortable and the pull out sofa was adequate for kids, though adults might find it not too comfortable. It’s in a fantastic location as others have stated (25 min walk to Eiffel Tower) with a great bakery and large fruit stand just outside that we stopped into every morning before heading to site-see. Only downside is the lack of AC which is common for places like this. Francois did have two fans which helped and opening the windows in evenings also helped. With young kids though, I did have to shut the living room window at night for safety since it’s pretty high up without a screen. Also with young kids I’ll mention that the apartment does have quite a few breakable decorative items such as vases & lamps (as pictured). Overall great stay! See less

As a family of 4 ( 2 small children) we stayed 2 nights at the apartment. we enjoyed the neigborhood with great boulangeries, places to have breakfast and multiple supermarkets in the vicinity. Great connection to multiple metro lines, and we walked in 20 min to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment is in a residential building with small elevator, so you have to be aware of the neighbours and be respectful to their environment. The kitchen is well equipped and you could make your own meals, no problem. The main bedroom was spacious and the bed was superb. The pull out couch was good for the children, but I could imagine for larger adults it might be a bit less comfortable. The apartment has a lot of objects on tables and in corners as seen in the pictures, so if you have really small children it might be a big task to keep them save from the little hands. Overall we had a boutique hotel experience at the apartment. See less

This was a charming apartment in a nice part of Paris. We were about a 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Cute restaurants, fruit stands, bakeries, groceries etc nearby. About a 10 minute walk to Metro. Apartment was comfortable and nicely decorated. It was also quiet. Loved our stay!
