Super quaint and beautiful! Host was responsive to our request of turning on the heater

This is a gorgeous apartment. The lounge is really spacious with loads of seating. The beds are super comfortable, we also used the fold out bed which is also large comfy (fits 2). The location is fantastic and the hosts are very responsive and helpful.

I had lovely stay in Raphael’s apartment, location is great and very accessible to all sightseeings. It is only 15-20 minutes walking from Musée du Louvre. I had lovely stay in Raphael’s apartment, location is great and very accessible to all sightseeings. It is only 15-20 minutes walking from Musée du Louvre. Raphael was really helpful and warming with all the instructions. The rooms look exactly the same as pictures and it looks like vip lounge of some fancy shops. Our suitcase was trapped in the elevator as it was too old, but Sophie was so helpful and solved the issue immediately. The only two parts that could be better was: 1. The shower in the smaller bedroom doesn’t have a door so the water gets outside. 2. The neighbor was having party on both Friday and Saturday, which was a bit noisy. Everything else was perfect and I recommend this to everyone visiting Paris. See less

This is a beautiful place in a great location! Very central to main attractions and subway. It fit our group of 6 very comfortably! I would highly recommend this place.

房子非常宽敞漂亮，看得出之前装修房子的用心。厨房餐厅客厅都非常大非常漂亮，厨具也很齐全，洗衣机烘干机都有，居住非常便捷。但是，有点年头了，显得比较陈旧，电梯等于没有，放不了行李，只能自己搬运行李。入住期间又碰上外墙在装修。一侧门窗不能开，这问题不大。主要是每天早上8点就开始施工，工人在你窗户边上走动，交谈，你都能听得一清二楚。如果没有这些问题。我愿意给五颗星。

We were a family of 6 with lots of luggage and it was rough getting up to level 2 on concrete spiral stairs with big bags especially when everyone was exhausted. the furniture and beds were really comfy. every amenity anyone could need. blankets snuggly for the winter weather. close to restaurants and coffee, 15 minute walk to the Lourve. helpful hosts. Raphael’s apartment is wonderful. A perfect Parisian stay, great location, excellent communication and lovely to stay in. . It was perfect for ourselves and our two sons. When I am next in Paris I will try and stay here again! I fully recommend it.

Had an amazing stay in Paris. Flat was central to everything we wanted to do. Felt very much at home and will book again in the future when visiting again.

Our stay was great! Location was great for both walking and metro. We stayed here our last few nights in Paris and it was awesome being able to spread out, do laundry, and experience a different neighborhood.

BUT please know: the whole front of the bldg. was being refurbished and all of the windows on the exterior of the building were covered and unusable. This work had obviously been going on for some time (notices posted on the building w/ dates) but we were not alerted to this fact until after it was too late for us to cancel w/out penalty. I felt that wasn't really fair and that it should have been mentioned in the description when we booked. I booked this apartment in large part because of the windows, and in anticipation of lots of light and the 'city apartment feel/view'. When I mentioned to Raphael that I was surprised b/c it wasn't noted he said that there were windows on the other side, and there were, but the view was of the interior courtyard full of equipment and of several occupied offices. Raphael’s flat was beautiful, comfortable and accommodating for our family of four. The location is especially great; lots of restaurants, shops and a metro close by.

Such a fantastic location and great instructions beforehand on how to locate and access the building. Host was really responsive and checking in throughout our stay. Our only slight issue was a delay getting in as the cleaner had removed the key so I had to call one of the hosts to ask for access; we then had a further 20 minute delay until the cleaner came down. There are a few loose wires and open plugs, but otherwise it was fantastically clean and plenty of supplies. I would just highlight that altho there are two shower rooms there is in-fact only one toilet which was tricky at times for five adults sharing. See less

It has all you could possibly need without any unnecessary fuss. The beds are very comfortable, the blankets and bed linen of good quality ( not synthetic & sweaty) and all the amenities are easy to operate. Raphael was v attentive and helpful when we needed his assistance. There’s an array of interesting books in the library and the location was incredibly handy for all the different areas we wanted to explore. Highly recommended! See less

Raphael is a very responsive host; he always responded quickly to questions. The apartment is great for 4 people with 2 nice showers and 1 water closet. Everything worked well to include a washer and dryer. We loved the location and the apartment.

The apartment is excellent. Lots of restaurants, bars and all other shopping is near by short walking distance.

We loved how quite the first area is, still very close to everywhere, but once in the apartment, you felt quite and peace.

We visited a lovely boulangerie every morning and enjoyed breakfast in the lovely dining room. Although our street was quiet the area is vibrant with lots of people, stores and great restaurants. On either side of the entrance there is massage/facial place and the other side a nail place! There are 3 grocery stores all near by that you can easily walk to. We walked everywhere in Paris! The apartment was lovely, spacious, and beautiful. It was great to have a shower and sink in each bedroom and separate toilet in the hallway. Great for getting ready to go out! We look forward to returning! Thank you Raphael! See less

This apartment was grand and lovely, once we arrived inside. The art deco style and furnishings are very chic, yet comfortable. We did not use the well appointed kitchen, but if we had an extended stay here, we would have everything we needed. My family of four (two adults and two teenage boys) had ample space, in the short time we spent in the apartment, when not exploring the other neighborhoods of Paris. We used the pull out sofa bed in the main living area, along with the king bed in one room, and the queen bed in the other. There is one WC (toilet and sink) located in between the two bedrooms but each bedroom has a shower and a sink, which is nice. We didn’t spend much time in the neighborhood (opera, 2nd) as we preferred to explore everyday, all day, but our neighborhood felt safe and was quiet (not lively). I would recommend this apartment to friends. See less
