Francois was extremely helpful and responsive with our check-in. The property was exactly as pictured, very clean and very close to many attractions, metro lines and great restaurants. Check-in was super fast and easy. Had a great time in Paris and the property was a great place to stay.

Très bon séjour chez François, l emplacement est bien et l appartement joliment décoré et conformes aux photos. Seul petit bémol, pensez aux boules quies car le logement est au dessus d un bar.

Flat was perfect for the 3 of us staying there, had everything we needed, plus there were shops close by. Only a 10 minute walk to both metro stops, so days out in Paris were easy.

We had an amazing stay at this AirBnB. The location was extremely convenient with all basic amenities as well as good places to eat nearby. There was everything we needed at the property and even a cot for the infant. The place is kept very well furnished and we felt right at home. The only issue we faced was with the noise outside of the windows but that comes with staying in a bustling area. The communication with the hosts was seamless. All in all highly recommend this stay for your visit to Paris. See less

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ικανοποιητικό σαν χώρος, όμως αυστηρά για λιγότερα άτομα από εμάς. Ήμασταν πενταμελής οικογένεια με παιδιά 9-7-2 ετών σχεδόν. Έτσι ο χώρος ήταν στριμωγμένος για εμάς. Δυστυχώς το πλυντήριο δεν λειτουργούσε και το μπάνιο δεν ήταν εξοπλισμένο όπως έγραφε η δημοσίευση για αφρόλουτρα, σαμπουάν και άλλα. Και ενώ οι οδηγίες που μας δοθήκανε ήταν από τις 8 το απόγευμα να κάνουμε ησυχία ως 8 το πρωί, υπήρχε πολύ φασαρία απ το δρόμο αλλά και κάποιοι χτύποι στους τοίχους ακόμα και στις 2 το βράδυ, έντονοι μεσα στο διαμέρισμα μη μπορόντας να προσδιορίσουμε από που είναι. Τέλος ως εξοπλισμός και με βάση την τιμή του διαμερίσματος πιστεύω ότι θα ήταν καλά να υπήρχαν και μερικές κάψουλες καφέ για την καφετιέρα, ίσως κάποιο νερό στο ψυγείο ακόμα και κάποιο καλωσόρισμα στο δωμάτιο! It is walking to the Eiffel tower and train station. It is a very loud area area because it's a busy area. I recommend taking ear plugs to help with sleep. This area is very lively and you will hear noise until about 2am due to the restaurant located under the flat. This actually makes the location ideal because you can step out and immediately be at a restaurant, bakery, pharmacy, or a market across the street in less than 2 minutes. The kitchen had a tea pot, nespresso machine, and dishes. The washing machine was not working while we were there, we had packed light so we had to go buy extra clothes to get through the trip. I also recommend going to a local store and purchasing extra toilet paper & paper towels. There we no hand towels. We received 4 shower towels for 4 people. Francois responds quickly. See less

It's a great place to live near the Eifel tower. There are lot of grocery store near the place and bus stop is also near. The host was very responsive and mentioned everything to find the place very easily.

Excellent location near many bakeries and the Eiffel Tower. The hosts were extremely responsive. I couldn’t recommend more!

Francois place was a great apartment to stay in. Very well located in a safe and local neighbourhood (which we liked) it had everything you needed at the front door from bakery to cheese store, flower and wine shop, restaurants and cafes, many buses that would get you anywhere in Paris very quickly. We loved our stay there. Everything in the apartment is fairly new from Nespresso machine to toaster, iron and ironing board. Francois left the apartment nicely stocked with dishes and pots and pans. The decor was nicely done (Hollywood regency style) and it was welcoming. Actually the iron was missing when we got there and it was brought (and bought) to us that same afternoon and left at the door, so very good service from host. The shower had good water temperature and pressure. You are walking distance from the Eiffel Tower and the neighborhood is super safe to walk at night. I would stay there again anytime. Very nice apartment with all the Parisian flair and local vibe. Thank you See less
