A charming flat in St Germain that I would recommend for solo travellers or couples. It had clean linens and towels and they set up a baby cot for us as requested. The host was responsive when written to and it was a quiet space. For a quick trip to Paris, the small but cozy space has everything you need. There’s a washing machine and the heating worked well during the chilly weather we had on our trip. Close by, there is a good size Monoprix for groceries, a fabulous independent wine store, great bakeries and coffee shops and clothing stores. The reason I’d give 4 not 5 stars, is that the bedroom smells of previous smokers. I know it’s Paris, and there’s a big smoking culture, but as a non-smoker myself, it was noticeable. Also, the toilet and shower are not connected in one bathroom area which was not a big deal for us, but just something to keep in mind. Lastly, the baby travel cot set up did not have a mattress in it so we couldn’t use it despite bringing our own sheets for it. See less

El departamento está en muy buena zona, súper accesible en dos líneas del metro. Muchas opciones para comer alrededor. Caminando del Sena, Notre Dame y Louvre. Our family of four had a great time in Pairs staying in Raphael’s apartment. We felt very at home and found everything comfortable and clean. We did lots of walking and found the location perfect for our needs. Raphael was very responsive and courteous.

We had a great stay at Raphael’s. The bed and sleeper sofa were both comfortable. It was nice to have a washer available for our clothes. The shower was good. His place was close to the metro and easy to get around.

Raphael's Paris apartment is in a great location, and is a lovely space. It has the amenities required, and although small, is perfect for a city trip. It is very clean and check in/check out is very easy!

A cute flat in a really great location. Walking distance to Notre-Dame, Louvre and metro stations. Also great if you have a small kid - walking distance to Luxembourg Garden and the quiet part of Saint-Germain neighborhood. We loved it! Raphael is a great host.

The location can't be beat. It's central to so much Paris has to offer yet not in an overly touristy district.

Perfectly located apartment to explore Paris from. Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom all immaculate. Toilet is a little snug and cupboard like but adds a quirk.

The apartment is in a fantastic location. We enjoyed exploring the area and trying the lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. The bed was really comfortable and everything in the apartment worked well. Raphael was very helpful and friendly. We would happily stay here again.

O apartamento é ideal para duas pessoas. Por ficar no terceiro andar e as escadas serem íngremes era um pouco difícil para nós que viajávamos com crianças. O vaso sanitário fica em um espaço e o chuveiro e a pia de lavar as mãos em outro, isso dificultava um pouco. Mas a localização é muito boa, duas linhas de metro a poucos metros, restaurantes, mercados, tudo de fácil acesso. As roupas de cama e e banho estavam impecáveis. See less

Raphael’s flat was in a fantastic location and suited us perfectly. The flat was clean and as described. We did have some issues with the tv and WiFi not working for a couple of days but Raphael resolved this as soon as he could. Would recommend!

We enjoyed how convenient the location was - walking distance to the Louvre, Notre Dame, the Seine and Luxembourg Gardens. There is a metro stop about 3 minutes away. The apartment is in a historic building and had everything we needed for our stay.

The airbnb is well located and is close everything. The check in process was easy and the home was clean. The home is small and couple of amenities listed were not there like the dishwasher. We had two small kids and we stay in airbnbs because we use the kitchen a lot and here having to wash everything by hand was inconvenient. Also the bathroom is listed as 1.5. In US, 1.5 means..1 full bathroom with shower, toilet and sink and then a half bathroom with generally a toilet and sink. When I reserved the property that’s what I was expecting. But this was just toilet in a little closet (really tight for an adult!) and the shower and sink across the kitchen. We did talk to Airbnb customer support as we felt the listing was a bit misleading. And Airbnb did give us a partial refund as moving to another home would have been difficult at that point. The location is great, the home was clean but small. We enjoyed Paris and would definitely visit again but would have to stay somewhere else. See less

The design of the apartment utilizes ever inch of space to make it very functional. Furnishings are lovely and create a tranquil place to return after sightseeing. The Saint-Germain-des-Prés area is a wonderful neighborhood with many cafes and shops - lots of street activity. It was wonderful to take evening strolls along the Siene. Highly recommend and we would definitely like to return. See less
