the flat is well located in one of the most trendy neighborhood of Paris. it is well equipped.

le logement est au calme, à proximité immédiate du métro et de toutes le commodités. spacieux et lumineux, il est adapté aussi bien aux familles qu'aux couple. Les grands espaces intérieurs et la grande salle de bain sont appréciables au cœur de Paris.

L'appartement est génial et très bien situé, mais pour le ménage ce n'était pas ça, rien de catastrophique mais mérite d'être souligné. En revanche super communication avec le propriétaire, et c'est très agréable d'avoir des produits de douche et des linges à disposition.

This is a wonderful apartment! Apartment is spacious, clean, well-renovated, and Raphael was responsive and a wonderful host. Washer/dryer in the apartment, and the kitchen and dining areas are large! The apartment is in a great neighborhood. There are 3 different metro stops within a 5 minute walking distance, with access to 5 different metro lines, which was amazing! Neighborhood feels safe, even returning home late at night. Neighborhood also has tons of restaurants and shops, and is bustling, but the apartment is set back from the road and is very quiet. Would definitely recommend staying here to feel like you are truly living in Paris! See less

The place is at a very convenient location with many good resturants nearby. It is also very spacous and clean and has a modern feeling with all the decoration. I would come back again the next time I visit Paris.

This was a fantastic stay in Paris. The size of the apartment is great. The kitchen is small, with only a small microwave/ oven and two burners, but why cook when you are in Paris?

So no natural light for us. The location was a bit off for us as we like to be in the center of the bars and everything was a 10-15 minute scooter ride away. Nonetheless the apartment itself was really nice and we’ve really enjoyed our stay! See less

Very cool place in a special neighborhood. We enjoyed a comfortable stay. Decor was chic. Beds were wonderful. AC in the second floor bedroom is powerful but note that the downstairs bedroom doesn't have AC.

Great location and well decorated apartment. We really enjoyed our stay. The only problem we had was about the key... it’s very tricky... every time we had to go out or go in was really difficult to open the door. I think they should change the door look.

Spacious and stylish place. Efficient check-in and easy communication. The aircon in the bedroom was an added bonus as Paris was having a bit of a heatwave.

We are so happy that we had the opportunity to stay at Raphael’s place! After an unfortunate situation that left us searching for a new place day of, Raphael was accommodating to our situation and opened his beautiful space to us earlier than the regular check-in time. Location was central. His flat is spacious, chic and equipped with many amenities (coffeemaker, hairdryer) you would expect, with an added plus of those you don’t find in most such as dishwasher, washer/dryer, even a hip music speaker for nice indoor dinners. The place is full of big windows that allow for beautiful natural light to come in but also with darkening curtains perfect to sleep in while vacationing. Raphael is also a great host, which is a perfect addition to this great space; he is responsive and has great suggestions for places near by (tried a few of his recommended restaurant). Check in/out was super easy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Paris (we will have it bookmarked for our next visit!). See less

Un très bel appartement tout à fait conforme à la description. Les informations pour l'arrivée donne un peu de mystère pour la découverte d'un lieu tout équipé, lits faits, serviettes à disposition. Je recommande ce lieu

We spend four days in the apartment. And it was very nice. It was huge, clean and definitely worth to stay. Had everything we needed. Two bedrooms and a lot of space. Which we really enjoyed. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Great place to stay in Paris.
