Public review: Loved our stay! Tried to book it again for our return trip but it was already reserved cus it’s that great. Down the street from Mamiche and Holybelly, we can’t wait to come back again.

Public review: My mom and I stayed for 6 days at Hedonist’s home and it was a wonderful experience. The home is clean, exactly as pictured, and host was responsive when we had any questions. We really appreciated how centrally located the home was — less than a 10 minute walk from the metro, 5 min walk to some great boulangeries like Mamiche and Du Pain et des Idees and a ton of great restaurants nearby. We really felt like locals in this neighborhood, not a ton of tourists! Highly recommend and would stay here again if ever come back to Paris! See less

Es ist eine sehr moderne Wohnung. War genau das richtige für uns. Check in war super easy

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was incredibly spacious and clean. It had everything we needed and more. The location is quiet and peaceful. The beds were so comfortable! The location is also great, lots of restaurants, shops and so close to the metro. Highly recommended!

Die Lage war perfekt! In wenigen Gehminuten ist man an der Metro Republik und rund um das Appartement sind viele tolle kleine Läden, Restaurants, Bäckereien etc. Das Loft selber liegt sehr ruhig im Hinterhof und ist hell und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sind bequem und es war alles sehr sauber! Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und haben vier schöne Tage mit unseren Kindern (15 und 17 Jahre) und deren Freunden dort verbracht. Wir können das Apartment anstandslos weiter empfehlen und kommen auch gerne wieder! See less

Great location. Quiet apartment. Nice stay

We had a good time and the place was nice. The only problem was the check-in instructions weren’t accurate (outside door passwords), so we had to wait outside late at night. Thankfully, the host responded quickly and helped right away.

Logement spacieux bien placé et propre, on a passé un très bon séjour

Stylish apartment in funky style. Great location.

Location is great. Apartment is beautiful. Two things that were not so great. First, the fridge was full of food and drinks from previous visitors and second, when you shower the water overflows to the entire bathroom floor. It felt like a pool.

Amazing stay - very clean and a safe neighborhood! Exactly like the photos. Clear video and photo instructions to enter the home. Really enjoyed my stay.

We had a great weekend staying here. Perfect location and nice clean flat for 6 people to use as a base for the weekend!

The Artist studio was a great place to use as a as a base to explore Paris - The area had a great variety of restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment itself was removed enough from the street to feel secluded & peaceful

the flat is well located in one of the most trendy neighborhood of Paris. it is well equipped.

le logement est au calme, à proximité immédiate du métro et de toutes le commodités. spacieux et lumineux, il est adapté aussi bien aux familles qu'aux couple. Les grands espaces intérieurs et la grande salle de bain sont appréciables au cœur de Paris.

L'appartement est génial et très bien situé, mais pour le ménage ce n'était pas ça, rien de catastrophique mais mérite d'être souligné. En revanche super communication avec le propriétaire, et c'est très agréable d'avoir des produits de douche et des linges à disposition.

This is a wonderful apartment! Apartment is spacious, clean, well-renovated, and Raphael was responsive and a wonderful host. Washer/dryer in the apartment, and the kitchen and dining areas are large! The apartment is in a great neighborhood. There are 3 different metro stops within a 5 minute walking distance, with access to 5 different metro lines, which was amazing! Neighborhood feels safe, even returning home late at night. Neighborhood also has tons of restaurants and shops, and is bustling, but the apartment is set back from the road and is very quiet. Would definitely recommend staying here to feel like you are truly living in Paris! See less

Appartement conforme aux photos, très beau et bien placé à proximité de stations de metro, restos, bars mais au calme en retrait, rdc donnant sur une cour privative a l'immeuble, peu de passage. On n'entend pas le bruit de la capitale. Communication avec l'hôte nickel

The place is at a very convenient location with many good resturants nearby. It is also very spacous and clean and has a modern feeling with all the decoration. I would come back again the next time I visit Paris.

This was a fantastic stay in Paris. The size of the apartment is great. The kitchen is small, with only a small microwave/ oven and two burners, but why cook when you are in Paris?

So no natural light for us. The location was a bit off for us as we like to be in the center of the bars and everything was a 10-15 minute scooter ride away. Nonetheless the apartment itself was really nice and we’ve really enjoyed our stay! See less

Very cool place in a special neighborhood. We enjoyed a comfortable stay. Decor was chic. Beds were wonderful. AC in the second floor bedroom is powerful but note that the downstairs bedroom doesn't have AC.

Great location and well decorated apartment. We really enjoyed our stay. The only problem we had was about the key... it’s very tricky... every time we had to go out or go in was really difficult to open the door. I think they should change the door look.

Spacious and stylish place. Efficient check-in and easy communication. The aircon in the bedroom was an added bonus as Paris was having a bit of a heatwave.

There for Loft has some nice details and a good cityguide made by Jean Gabriel. Just one thing that you might not think about, if you go with 4 people like we did, there is only on bath/toilet. I would highly recommend this stay, you will enjoy it. See less
