Public review: First time in Paris and it was an amazing stay, this place gave us some much needed travel fatigue and was close to anything you could possible need. Private feedback: Just fyi, we don’t care, but the water comes through the glass wall towards bathroom from inside the shower.

L'accès est super facile, l'emplacement est proche du métro, et il y a de nombreux restaurants aux alentours. L'appartement est vraiment sympa et très propre. Il offre un bel espace pour se reposer après une journée bien remplie. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme (situé au fond d'une cour) et les lits qui sont incroyablement confortables pour une belle nuit réparatrice. Et quand on ne vient que pour une nuit ou deux, c'est très appréciable de trouver sur place tous les indispensables (café, sucre, sopalin, papier toilette, gel douche...). We really appreciated how centrally located the home was — less than a 10 minute walk from the metro, 5 min walk to some great boulangeries like Mamiche and Du Pain et des Idees and a ton of great restaurants nearby. We really felt like locals in this neighborhood, not a ton of tourists! Highly recommend and would stay here again if ever come back to Paris! See less

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was incredibly spacious and clean. It had everything we needed and more. The location is quiet and peaceful. The beds were so comfortable! The location is also great, lots of restaurants, shops and so close to the metro. Highly recommended!

In wenigen Gehminuten ist man an der Metro Republik und rund um das Appartement sind viele tolle kleine Läden, Restaurants, Bäckereien etc. Das Loft selber liegt sehr ruhig im Hinterhof und ist hell und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sind bequem und es war alles sehr sauber! Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und haben vier schöne Tage mit unseren Kindern (15 und 17 Jahre) und deren Freunden dort verbracht. Wir können das Apartment anstandslos weiter empfehlen und kommen auch gerne wieder! See less

We had a good time and the place was nice. The only problem was the check-in instructions weren’t accurate (outside door passwords), so we had to wait outside late at night. Thankfully, the host responded quickly and helped right away.

Stylish apartment in funky style. Great location.

Location is great. Apartment is beautiful. Two things that were not so great. First, the fridge was full of food and drinks from previous visitors and second, when you shower the water overflows to the entire bathroom floor. It felt like a pool.
