We had an excellent stay at this flat just steps away from the Eiffel Tower. The location couldn’t be better—close to cafés, bakeries, and convenient transport links, yet quiet enough to relax after a long day of exploring. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Being able to see the Eiffel Tower just a short walk away made the stay feel truly special. We enjoyed our stay at Gorans!!! Felt like home. Really clean and the location was perfect!!! Goran was really attentive and would make sure if everything was going well. We really recommend this place and we will definitely will come back!!!

El lugar muy bien ubicado. Mi familia y yo muy felices. Nos dio oportunidad de poder entrar antes de las 3 pm por lo que pudimos descansar. Gracias por todo, yo regreso con mucho gusto.

Goran fue un excelente anfitrión. Siempre pendiente de los mensajes y contestando rápido y se forma amable. Mostró interés y predisposición en todo momento. Sin dudas volvería a su departamento, a unos pasos de la Torre Eiffel!!!!!

The towels, welcome kits, Nexpresso machine, kitchen utensils, and washing machine all made our stay extremely comfortable and pleasant! The location was unbeatable!! It was literally 5 to 10 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower and Champs de Mars. We saw the Tower every time we went outside (day and night, even when the Tower sparkled--so cool). The walks along Champs de Mars were refreshing and peaceful. There were also many good restaurants near the apartment. We highly recommend Goran's place if you want to stay at a clean and convenient place near the Eiffel Tower. See less

Overall you can’t get an affordable place like this close to Eiffel and one of the better areas in the city. See less

Everything is close by literally next door is a great pizza spot. walk to the Eiffel tower is only 10 minutes. Lots to do around the area and behind the apartment is a grocery store about a 3 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again due to the friendliness and responsiveness of the host. See less

The best accommodation right in front of the Eiffel Tower. Luxurious and very comfortable to stay in. It was so beautiful, high quality, and the location near the Eiffel Tower was just perfect. The host was very kind and guided us well through check-in and check-out. Highly recommended!

Although the unit is on the second floor and the building doesn’t have an elevator, it wasn’t a major issue for us—but travelers with heavy luggage might want to keep that in mind. The sofa bed was surprisingly spacious—easily comfortable for two adults—and my kids loved it. The smart TV had plenty of kid-friendly programs, which was a nice touch. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it was clean and well-equipped for anyone planning to cook. Our host, Goran was incredibly responsive and helpful, always replying within minutes. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return on future trips to Paris. Highly recommended! See less

Very close to the Eiffel Tower, with restaurants right at the door, it's a very safe place to stay. The house is cool and comfortable. The landlord is considerate and worth staying at.

숙소가 정말 에펠탑과 3분거리예요!! 정말 에펠탑을 많이 보고싶은 분들은 정말 추천합니다 아침에 빵 사러 가면서 에펠탑과 인사하고 저녁에 자기전에 인사하고 너무 좋았습니다 동네도 깨끗하고 마트나 교통편이 정말 좋아요 3박4일 동안 정말 즐겁게 지내다 갑니다 :)
