Tout était très bien, très bon logement: propre, dans un beau quartier, près de transports en communs. A noter : pour accéder à l'appartement, 6-10 marches à l'entrée avant l'ascenseur et 5 vers le bas après, il faut le noter pour une personne à mobilité réduite.

L’appartement est très spacieux et lumineux, très bien chauffé. A deux minutes à pied de la Station de métro, il est facile d’accès. Les instructions d’accès étaient claires et nous avons pu nous installer sans difficulté. Je recommande cet appartement.

Florian is very responsive, prompt and helpful! Instructions were super clear for check in/out. Location is superb as it’s just right next to a metro with lots of food options and bakeries! Definitely recommended!

L’appartement est idéalement situé pour passer un WE à Paris. Il est proche de la Gare Montparnasse (accessible à pied) et il y a des commerces à proximité.

En general la calidad y ubicación del departamento fue buena. El baño (WC) separado de la ducha fue un problema, ya que es demasiado pequeño y estrecho.

La bouche de métro en bas de l'immeuble était en travaux (fin travaux 31 aout 25) pendant notre séjour mais il y a en 2 autres à 500 m, à pied. It was very nice plce to stay. Apartment is very clean, bright and cozy. The building has a lift so you do not need to carry your luggage up to the 3. floors.

Spacious apartment. Loved that coffee pods and sugar were left available. Lovely grocery store only a few doors away. The nearest metro station Pernety is under construction- this was confusing for us initially. It’s worth mentioning this to future visitors.

There are currently some construction works near the building, and the nearest metro station is under renovation until the end of August – so we used a slightly farther station. La casa es muy espaciosa y está bien equipada aunque no tiene microondas. Hay que subir escaleras y el ascensor te deja entre 2 tramos de escaleras. La zona es espectacular, aún habiendo una gran obra del metro no había ruido. La comunicación con Florian muy rápida y fluida.

Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the hosts were responsive and helpful throughout. The neighborhood feels safe and vibrant, with plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Plus, the metro station is just a minute away, which made getting around super convenient. Major attractions are around half an hour by metro away. The only minor issue was the toilet flush—it didn’t work very well—but everything else was excellent. Would definitely recommend! See less
