Florian is very responsive, prompt and helpful! Instructions were super clear for check in/out. Location is superb as it’s just right next to a metro with lots of food options and bakeries! Definitely recommended!

L’appartement est idéalement situé pour passer un WE à Paris. Il est proche de la Gare Montparnasse (accessible à pied) et il y a des commerces à proximité.

En general la calidad y ubicación del departamento fue buena. El baño (WC) separado de la ducha fue un problema, ya que es demasiado pequeño y estrecho.

Appartement très bien placé pour faire des visites et beaucoup de magasins à proximité ; très confortable et bien équipé. Seul désagrément, les escaliers pour accéder à l'ascenseur.

C’est un bel appartement avec un séjour spacieux un petit balcon et 2 chambres, lits confortables, appartement propre et instructions claires pour l’arrivée et le départ. Je recommande !

Il a fait très chaud les premiers jours du sejour mais les ventilatuers mis à disposition ont bien aidés. Très bonne insonorisation de l'extérieur lorsque les fenêtres sont fermées. La bouche de métro en bas de l'immeuble était en travaux (fin travaux 31 aout 25) pendant notre séjour mais il y a en 2 autres à 500 m, à pied. Florian a été attentif et à l'écoute (échanges par sms). Très bonne expérience, je recommande cet appartement. See less

It was very nice plce to stay. Apartment is very clean, bright and cozy. The building has a lift so you do not need to carry your luggage up to the 3. floors.

Appartement très agréable et très lumineux. Mini terrasse bienvenue les soirées. Bon équipement. Bonnes literies. Pas très loin des bus et métros pour accéder aux visites touristiques ! Florian est très proactif et toujours à l'écoute !

地理位置很方便，距离地铁口不远。有电梯行李不用担心哈！床还是挺舒服的，睡眠质量能保障。卫生间会有点小，洗澡的时候下水会有点慢。我们5个人洗澡需要等待热水。

Spacious apartment. Loved that coffee pods and sugar were left available. Lovely grocery store only a few doors away. The nearest metro station Pernety is under construction- this was confusing for us initially. It’s worth mentioning this to future visitors.

The kitchen and bathroom are on the smaller side, and we had a few minor issues like slow drainage in the bathtub and the washer-dryer not fully drying clothes. There are currently some construction works near the building, and the nearest metro station is under renovation until the end of August – so we used a slightly farther station. However, these didn’t really bother us since we were out most of the day. The host was kind and responsive, and even allowed us a late checkout, which was very helpful. See less

La casa es muy espaciosa y está bien equipada aunque no tiene microondas. Hay que subir escaleras y el ascensor te deja entre 2 tramos de escaleras. La zona es espectacular, aún habiendo una gran obra del metro no había ruido. La comunicación con Florian muy rápida y fluida.

Perfect set up for our 5 day Paris holiday. A lovely apartment with a large living space and comfortable beds. Easy access to the metro and many restaurants and shops in the vicinity made this an ideal place to stay during our long weekend in Paris.

Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the hosts were responsive and helpful throughout. The neighborhood feels safe and vibrant, with plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Plus, the metro station is just a minute away, which made getting around super convenient. Major attractions are around half an hour by metro away. The only minor issue was the toilet flush—it didn’t work very well—but everything else was excellent. Would definitely recommend! See less

El departamento está bien ubicado con metro abajo y supermercado. En la zona está lleno de cafés y tiendas. Really quiet apartment (we had our toddler with us and no problems with noise!) There is also a cute little green area and play park just behind the apartment and some nice bakeries and coffee shops on the street. The apartment has a balcony but unfortunately (appreciate through no fault of the owner but could have been good to have been mentioned) there is a lot of street work happening outside the apartment so the views at the front are just diggers and roadworks! So we didn’t sit out and make use of the balcony. Snug kitchen area but large dining table in the living room. See less
