Le logement était parfait pour un grand nombre de personnes. L’emplacement était vraiment génial avec le métro à proximité et le quartier est très calme. L’hôte était excrément proactif et donnait des informations extrêmement clairs. Je recommande fortement le logement.

This was a great location to hold 8 people. we enjoyed having 4 bedrooms and there was lots of living space.

Wir hatten einen super Aufwenthalt bei Raphael. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Wohnung war nicht ringhörig und sehr ruhig und es war optimal für unsere Reise zu zehnt. Wir würden wieder kommen!:)

Die Unterkunft war sauber und schön. Wir sind mit zwei Autos gefahren und in der Garage gab es nur einen Parkplatz, dafür konnte man sehr gut auf der Straße Parkplätze finden. Raphael war ein sehr guter Gastgeber und jederzeit zu erreichen, wenn man Fragen hatte.

One of the Bathroom with sliding door is tricky, 2 people stuck there for a while lol. A lovely spacious apartment. The complex is peaceful and secure. A few minutes walk to the Metro at Gambetta. A good selection of local restaurants and cafes. We recommend Le Comptoire which is a few metres away.

Set on the ground floor of a large apartment block, it's very quiet with a large garden courtyard outside the apartment windows, also in a quiet neighbourhood, but close to cafes, shops and restaurants etc. The location is excellent, close to the Pere-Lachaise cemetery, and also near the Belleville area with its literally hundreds of bars and restaurants, but it's easy to get into more central Paris. Several nice parks within walking distance. Overall highly recommended and in particular it's a BIG space in a nice area! See less

The apartment was located in a great area with plenty of restaurants and independent shops nearby, close to a metro station with easy access to the rest of the city. The complex was peaceful and quiet. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and comfortable, and we would definitely recommend.

I was looking for a place to stay that had enough separate bedrooms that my small group could each have our own space. I really like the 19th and 20th and so this was an ideal spot. The area around the apartment isn't as charming or cute as other parts of Belleville or nearer the park but it's a great neighborhood nonetheless and very convenient. Check is was super easy, Raphael was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The beds were all very comfortable as was the temperature, which considering how cold it was outside, was really appreciated. The apartment is a little more industrial looking in person than the photos and there was some black mold on the concrete around the shower, which made some of my group uncomfortable to take hot showers and steam around. In a very bizarre event, the door to the other bathroom with the other shower, which was a regular old school sliding door, locked itself and was unopenable from the inside, leaving one of us trapped for an hour. The dining room was great for family meals; however, the kitchen is quite small. The heat in some rooms were a hit or miss but didn’t take away from the comfort. Property was clean it does have some outdated and worn furniture. Area of improvement: Upon entering home there was a foul odor coming which was coming from the washer and shower drain. We did clean those areas because the smell was that awful and could be smelled throughout the house. Property is a 5 minute walk to the Metro and lots of restaurants and shops. It is 30-40 minutes by train or uber from most popular tourist attractions. Overall a good place to stay. See less

Nous étions 7 amies à séjourner dans l'appartement. L'espace de vie est idéal pour les groupes et très agréable pour les soirées dans les canapés et fauteuils. Le logement était très propre et assez fonctionnel. À noter : la cuisine n'est pas adaptée pour un grand groupe qui aime cuisiner. Point négatif de notre séjour : nous avons eu froid dans la pièce de vie et dans l'une des chambres (dont le radiateur n'a jamais fonctionné). Nous l'avons signalé et avons demandé des couvertures/plaids, mais l'hôte ne nous a pas répondu sur ce point. :( Attention : il est indiqué dans l'annonce que l'appartement est de plain pied. Hors, il y a plusieurs séries de 3 marches pour accéder à l'immeuble, puis à l'appartement. Le quartier est chouette (plein de commerces de bouche à proximité). On a aussi adoré le restaurant vietnamien Pho Gambetta, à deux pas. See less

Lighting inside the rooms wasn’t the best, quite place to relax but it is far from of the main attractions and popular things to do, Eiffel Tower was about 30-40 minutes in train, museums kind of far away as well. Le séjour s’est bien passé dans l’ensemble. Raphaël a été réactif à mes différentes questions et arrangeant sur l’horaire d’arrivée. Le logement est très propre. Il y a tout de même une odeur d’humidité qui est prenante quand on pénètre dans l’appartement.

L’appartement était parfait pour un week-end familial. Beaux volumes pour être très à l’aise à 8 personnes.Deco très sympa. Très propre et bon emplacement à 5 mn du métro. Commerce de qualité autour. Et cerise sur le gâteau un parking. Raphaël a toujours répondu très rapidement à mes questions. Nous sommes ravis de cet expérience.
