Public review: Overall pleasant stay. Clean, nice apartment in a good location. We were only expecting two flights of stairs based on the listing and there were three large flights of stairs with no functioning elevator. This was very difficult to manage with a lot of luggage and a baby.

Waking up to the view of Église Saint-Eustache through the window in the loft was unbelievable. Absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come again if returning to Paris. NOTE: 1) The elevator doesn’t work so we had to carry a lot of heavy luggage up 3 flights of stairs which we didn’t expect. As female travelers this wasn’t fun. 2) The hot water ran out easily. Otherwise it was a perfect stay. Private feedback: You should remove the elevator from this listing as it isn’t accurate. Also need to address the shortage of hot water. I really wanted to enjoy that stunning tub but couldn’t fill it with hot water. See less

L’appartement est magnifique, encore plus beau que sur les photos. Les prestations d’ensemble sont de très belle facture, la localisation parfaite en plein centre de Paris. La vue sur Saint-Eustache depuis la chambre à l’étage est effectivement fantastique et incroyable. Je ne peux que joindre mes compliments à ceux déjà publiés. Si vous cherchez un environnement d’exception et que votre budget le permet, n’hésitez pas une seconde, vous vous en souviendrez très longtemps ! La caserne des pompiers en face a fait du bruit très tôt le matin ( samedi ), nacelle en fonction avec bip et manœuvre . Dimanche c’était plus calme heureusement. Quartier avec de nombreux commerces à proximité ( boulangerie etc). On aurait pensé avoir des petites bouteilles d‘eau à disposition , vu le niveau assez haut de gamme de cet appartement mais ce ne fut pas le cas. Par contre il y avait des produits restants dans les placards comme du thé ou de l‘huile , du produit vaisselle , un torchon , quelques dosettes de café. Une odeur forte ressemblant à soir du gaz en arrivant vers le premier palier est un peu déroutante mais très localisée See less

Good location, with easy access to restaurants and shopping areas. The place is generally clean, comfortable and convenient. The only minor downside is the mezzanine toilet — due to the slanted ceiling, it’s difficult for an adult to stand while using it. Still, overall the stay was acceptable and pleasant.
