L’hôte a été très réactif dans ses communications, autant le jour de l’arrivée que celui du départ. La ligne 4 est accessible en 2 minutes à pied. Même si le quartier de Clignancourt n’est pas le plus charmant de Paris, il est très bien relié au reste de la ville. Il y a également au moins deux supermarchés pour faire les courses et une boulangerie à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Nous recommandons ce logement à 100 %. See less

We really enjoyed staying in this lovely apartment! It was exactly what we imagined, very cute Parisian flat - was perfect for 2 people staying 4 days. Apartment was clean, with all necessary amenities, including fully equipped kitchen. It was also very comfy to sleep on their bed - felt like in the hotel! Location is convenient, 1-min walk to metro station and closest supermarket. Raphael was always responsive and ready to help if needed, but luckily we had a very smooth and pleasant experience and we didn’t need any extra help. All the instructions were clear, so we managed to do everything ourselves. I can really recommend this apartment, we had a great experience here! See less

The host was very helpful and gave very clear instructions for check in etc. The space was very clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The Air bnb was super close to a metro line which was very convenient. Overall a great experience, would definitely recommend.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans ce logement. Les instructions pour arriver à l'appartement étaient très claires et Raphaël s'est montré disponible en cas de besoin. Logement petit mais fonctionnel, bien situé ( à 2 pas du métro) et calme. Nous vous le recommandons sans soucis.

There is a metro stop like 2 minutes away that was super convenient you could get everywhere easily! The room was super clean and pretty spacious and 2 big windows that brought in a lot of light and we would leave it open at night to freshen up the room. The bathroom is pretty small but that is basically everywhere in Europe. I would most definitely stay here again! See less

En revanche (ce n'est pas de la faute du propriétaire), le voisinage a été extrêmement bruyant, notamment des voisins qui restent sur leur terrasse jusqu'à 2h du matin (dans la cour intérieure donc caisse de résonance), un voisin qui rentre très bruyamment à 4h... It had all necessary amenities including cooking facilities, tea, coffee, an iron, a fan etc. The area was conveniently located just a couple of minutes walk from a metro station. However, the area felt quite rough. The apartment is on the fourth floor with no elevator so may not suit some people for this reason, however it was no problem for us. My only complaint about this Airbnb is that the bed wasn’t the most comfortable and only two thin pillows were provided. See less

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und das Schlafsofa bequem. Raphael hat alles perfekt organisiert und ist sehr gut erreichbar. Bus und Metro halten nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Metro Station war sehr nah an der Wohnung und man konnte gut das Zentrum erreichen, je nachdem wohin musste man aber ein bisschen länger fahren. Raphael hat schnell geantwortet und war zuvorkommend.

Le logement se situe à deux pas du métro ; l'accueil est parfait (arrivée et départ flexibles), l'appartement était dans un état impeccable, Raphael était très réactif et même proactif. On a même eu du café à notre arrivée. Le rapport qualité/prix global me semble quasiment imbattable pour Paris.
