Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt im Penthouse in Pantin. Die Wohnung war super sauber, sehr ordentlich und genau wie beschrieben. Die Vermieterin war außerordentlich hilfsbereit und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Die Umgebung ist bunt und lebendig, und wir haben uns als Familie dort wirklich wohl gefühlt.

The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was clean, had great amenities, and we had a great time. It was also very dry convenient getting into central Paris! :) Thanks to the hosts!

The place was very nice, excellent instructions and video to get inside the apartments. Great communication by the host. Everything was great, the location is a bit far from everything, and the beds were not too comfortable, other than that, everything was good and cute.

It was a really perfect stay for a couple of days I have managed to work and to see the city during the evenings, eveything is closeby, supermarkets, bakery, etc..Maylis was super responsive and always ready to help, so definitely recommend to stay here.

It was a really great place, easy to check in and the explanation was very helpful. Not far from the metro. Maÿlis was very responsive when we needed to know anything. The place was also really spacious.

Het is een fijn en goed ingericht, sfeervol appartement. We hebben niets gemist! De bedden sliepen goed. Alles was schoon. Mooi dakterras! Dus een prima verblijf voor een paar dagen Parijs. Maylis is zeer communicatief, reageerde vlot en is daardoor goed bereikbaar en beschikbaar mocht dat nodig zijn. Ik kan het appartement zeker aanbevelen. Over de buurt heb ik twijfels. Een mooi, ruim appartement en precies zoals op de foto’s. Alleen de ligging van het appartement was wat onhandig en ver van het centrum. Verder is het ook niet een hele prettige plek voor dames is de avond verder voelde het appartement wel heel veilig.

The flat was very large and clean. The location was a bit out of center but still good access and the flat was baby friendly.

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung, schöne Einrichtung und viel Platz . Die Gegend ist nachts leider sehr laut und das Viertel abends nicht Vertrauenswürdig. Aber da kann die Vermieterin nichts für. Sonst sehr schön alles.

The main dining table and benches outside are in need of replacing as the wood had started to rot and one bench was missing a leg. It was useable but wobbly. Hosts were friendly and answered questions quickly. Everything was well stocked - plates, cutlery and cleaning equipment. Washer/dryer great for kids and had been fitted with foam to cut noise right down. As others have commented, the area around the metro isn't nice with people selling cigarettes etc, however it never felt unsafe - even at night - so I wouldn't let that put you off. You're totally oblivious to that when in the flat and it was fine, just worth noting. Would recommend. See less

Loved the supermarket and bakery downstairs. Very convenient for our daily baguettes. The area this accommodation is located in, will not be for everyone. 's Avonds staan er veel jongeren sigaretten te verkopen bij de metro en is er veel leven op straat. Dat kan aanvankelijk wat overweldigend overkomen maar we hebben ons geen moment onveilig gevoeld, ook later op de avond niet. Het blijft druk op straat tot ongeveer middernacht. We konden goed met open ramen slapen, er was geen geluidsoverlast. Er is een prima bakkerij om de hoek en twee kleine supermarkten. Daarnaast vele andere winkeltjes. Wij zijn overdag steeds in het centrum van Parijs geweest en hebben slechts éénmaal in het appartement gekookt. Comfortable beds, nice shower & well equipped kitchen with all items easy to use. Beautiful decor and roof terrace is a great addition in summer months. The apartment is a short walk to the metro and a supermarket on route which was great. However I probably wouldn't stay here again as we didn't realise how far out of Paris central it was as tourists. Note. There is a sliding door between the two bedrooms which was a bit difficult with noise due to baby disturbing the other bedroom in the night. Second bedroom also has a window to living area which would be nicer if it had a blind to prevent morning sun. Thank you Maylis for a great stay! See less

Honestly looks better than pictures, very beautiful place, received it super clean and hosts we’re very nice and answered quick and very understanding, last day i forgot to put the keys in the lockbox was my mistake and hosts were understanding, i would definitely book again
