Lo mejor, lo servicial que es el dueño y deja unas instrucciones muy claras. Es muy pequeño, una única estancia pero las fotos no engañan. El barrio por la noche lo consideramos muy poco agradable, gente borracha por la calle o solos mirándonos fijamente. No nos queríamos volver más tarde de las 21. L'appartement est petit mais très fonctionnel, bien placé avec de nombreux commerces et restaurants/bars autour, et bien agencé. Il était très propre, et la communication a été parfaite et très fluide.

Die Lage ist nicht in der allerbesten Gegend, aber man hat sich trotzdem sicher gefühlt und die Metro ist auch nicht weit. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet, alles was man braucht, war genau das richtige für unsere 3-Tage Paris.

Nous avons passé trois jours très agréables dans ce studio à La Chapelle. Le logement est propre, bien entretenu et parfaitement équipé : coin cuisine fonctionnel, machine à laver, bon wifi, tout y était. Raphaël est un hôte très réactif et attentif, il répond rapidement et donne des indications claires, ce qui facilite beaucoup le séjour. Le quartier est populaire, animé et sécurisant, avec commerces à proximité. Les transports sont pratiques : métro Marx Dormoy et bus 35 et 38 pour rejoindre facilement la Gare du Nord et la Gare de l’Est. Seul point à noter : un peu de bruit ponctuel provenant de l’étage du dessus pendant la nuit, mais rien de dérangeant. Je recommande vivement cette adresse. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir lors de notre prochain passage à Paris. See less

Alloggio ottimo per due persone come appoggio per un weekend per visitare la città. La metro e l’autobus sono vicini e si arriva facilmente in centro. Dotato di ogni comfort se si vuole consumare qualche pasto in casa. Comunicazioni tempestive.

The studio flat was really decent and as described by the host, in a location that was near public transport (metro, busses and trains). The amenities were all available as described, however some were less effective than I would’ve liked. For example the washing machine was not very effective as it unfortunately didn’t spin and drain the clothes very well at all. My main concern was for the mould in the bathroom, I stayed at this property during late summer and there was mould present in several areas - I worry that in cooler seasons it may be even worse. However, the host was very responsive and helpful with any queries! The wifi really is great and the location is very convenient for visiting Paris. The linens were all clean and sufficient towels were provided. Overall, I highly recommend this property if you’re planning on visiting Paris and doing a lot of exploring as the location is quite great - especially for the price. Thanks Raphael! See less

Die Unterkunft ist sauber,klein aber ausreichend und gut gelegen. Man erreicht die Bahn in wenigen Minuten. Es ist allerdings sehr hellhörig, man hörte oft die Nachbarn spät abends noch.Für einen Städtetrip ist es perfekt.

Supe séjour dans le studio, à 15 minutes à pied du canal Saint Martin et proche des lignes de métro/RER, on recommande ce logement pour des petits séjours, c'est un bon pied à terre !

Appartement très petit mais fonctionnel. Très propre. Un petit bémol toutefois sur la cabine de douche. il ne faut pas être trop corpulent. Bonne communication avec Raphaël.

tutto molto bene! a parte il letto che è un divano letto e quindi abbastanza scomodo. in ogni caso, soluzione ideale per un paio di notti a Parigi. Raphael veramente gentile e disponile.
