Man kann aber auch wunderbar vieles zu Fuß erkunden - bis zum Louvre oder dem Arc de Triomphe lässt es sich wunderbar am Kanal oder Seine spazieren oder einfach die Viertel erkunden. TLDR : The house and Sophie are wonderful. Raphael is a cohost who was rude and attempted to blame damage on us which seemed opportunistic and disingenuous. - Sophie is wonderful. The location is wonderful and would recommend to anyone that can handle 4 flights of stairs. We had a 1 year old and a crib was available (we purchased sheets at Monoprix at Sophie's suggestion). The door is tricky and we had accidentally left the key in the door upon departure from the inside. This required a locksmith - we agreed to pay immediately. Rafael is a co-host who became quite rude atfter departure suggesting we caused damage to a bed that we did not use. After discussing together, he agreed it was the prior tenants, then he changed his mind and blamed us again and requested more money. I would recommend Sophie's place, her excellent communication, and the neighborhood. Any dealings with Raphael should give you concern and uneasiness. He also tried to have us pay outside of a secure portal. See less

That being said, we would all stay there again because it’s just such a nice space. See less

Appartement aux finitions extrêmement soignées. Insonorisation incroyable. Lieu très lumineux, fonctionnel et chaleureux . Sophie et Raphaël sont très réactifs et professionnels. C’était un vrai plaisir! Le quartier est vivant, restos, bars, boulangerie au coin de la rue. Métro à moins de 100m. Beaucoup d’atouts!

The 4 flights of stairs did not bother since the steps are low, we welcomed the exercise after all the delicious food we ate in Paris:) the neighborhood is quiet and quaint, many restaurants and cafes, colorful food and flea markets within a stone’s throw and amazing bakeries for fresh croissants and delicious desserts. The building itself is very old, the stairs to go up were ongoing a refurb and it made it a bit sketchy to climb up 4 floors with big suitcases. The host was responsive and attentive. The instructions to get into the property were not totally clear and we took a while to figure them out. The facilities and furniture in general were great, annoyingly we had to live with two unresolved issues during our stay: not all electric contacts were working, and the blinds in the spare bedroom were not operational. All in all, we had a great time in Paris, with a few touches this property could be amazing! See less

Highly recommend. We travelled with our almost 2yr old and Sophie was very accommodating and responsive. They provided a nice travel crib, and the bath was a great plus. The AC was also a wonderful bonus. The place was super clean and stylish, just as the pictures describe. The neighborhood is awesome, but nothing opens until the evening. Paris is not an early bird city.. Take note there is no elevator and the appt is on the 4th floor. But the stairs were great for burning off those croissants! Spiral stairs are definitely an obstacle, though it is common for France. Maybe I’m slow but it also took me a minute to figure out there is a button you must push to get to the street from the courtyard. Overall highly recommend, you won’t regret. See less

The AC was outstanding and quickly cooled each of the rooms as cold as we wanted (different zones for bedrooms vs living space too). It’s a fourth floor walk up, but we were prepared to navigate the five stories of steps, so it was exactly as expected. The bathroom and kitchen are very nice as well, with a good size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, and washer/dryer. The location was wonderful, with lots of fantastic bakeries, restaurants, bars, grocery, parks/playground and more within a block. The metro was within a block as well. We loved the apartment and the location. Sophie and Raphael were outstanding hosts, always helpful, communicative, and friendly. We’d love to stay here again some day. See less

In unmittelbarer Umgebung hat es tolle Restaurants (französisch, italienisch, mexikanisch, thai, japanisch, Döner, etc.) und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäckerei, Metzgerei, Lidl, Carrefour). Diverse Metrostationen sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar, die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Paris sind einfach und schnell zu erreichen. See less

Due to the location in the backyard it is very quiet in the apartment and as soon as you step out onto the street you have plenty of bars and cafés. The metro is very well connected and you can easily travel in all directions. The communication with Sophie and Raphael was fantastic! Fast, uncomplicated and helpful. Amazing apartment. Rare to find a completely quiet place in the middle of Paris with no traffic noise or footsteps from neighbours. The apartment is new, high quality with great amenities to make our stay super convenient. We fell in love with the neighbourhood (11th arr.) very local and off the tourist path with so many great options for restaurants and bars. We loved Fugazi for drinks and share plates and Brasserie Martin for more traditional French food. Beds were very comfortable, shutters blocked out the light in summer and air conditioning is in every room. Lastly, the hosts were very responsive and proactive with checking how our stay was going. Highly recommend this apartment and we can’t wait to return. See less

I can’t say enough good things about this apartment! It’s spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, and it’s also in a great neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants, parks, and transit options nearby. Highly recommend staying here if you have the chance!
