Appartement conforme à la description, très sécurisé avec 3 portes à code, hôte réactif, cafetière utile avec capsules fournies et coussins très confortables !Léger bémol sur le salpêtre dans la douche mais le logement reste très bien pour un séjour à paris.

Dezavantaje: când am venit in prima zi mi-a fost teama din cauza persoanelor care erau pe strada deoarece păreau că aveau intenții rele. Min mand og jeg har opholdt os 3 nætter i den fine lille og funktionelle lejlighed. Lejligheden ligger rigtig fint. Vi følte os godt tilpas i kvarteret, et spændende kvarter og nemt med gåafstand til øvrige kvarterer. Metroen ligger særdeles tæt på.

Wir waren zufrieden aber die Lage war nicht gut. Die Wohnung ist für ältere Personen nicht so gut geeignet. Der Tisch ist zu hoch für die Stühle und es fehlen Garderobenhaken.

Ich habe mich sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht und sehr ordentlich.

Un coin calme dans une ville qui ne dort jamais. L'appartement est petit, mais juste ce qu'il nous fallait, ma fille et moi. On a passé un séjour merveilleux, on a très bien dormi, tout était parfait.

I travel alone a lot, so safety is always something I keep in mind. This listing is locked away with 3 different doors between you and the street which I found comforting.

Responsive host, the stay went smoothly, check in and out was easy. Close to central parts of Montmartre, place felt safe when through the double doors, metro nearby, plenty of food places, busy neighbourhood.

A fantastic, clean, compact studio in a quiet complex. The location is wonderful with great access to public transport. We were able to walk around Montmartre easily from the studio. Raphael was a very helpful host. We would recommend staying here.

Raphael è disponibile a chiaro nelle istruzioni. L’alloggio era ben pulito, gli spazi (anche se molto piccoli) ben utilizzati. Il quartiere non è bellissimo e c’è molta confusione, ma ben collegato con la metropolitana.

Perfect base for me for a couple nights in Paris. Although it’s not in the best area itself, I never felt unsafe it’s a short walk to some very nice local spots. Would stay again if I’m looking for a cheap place for 1 for a short stay

I really want to recommend the place, it’s close to the Metro, it was clean and organized. You can find supper markets and pharmacy’s around. Everything is great there. I would stay there again.
