Super belle chambre , c’est vrai qu’elle est assez petite mais si on compare les prix du marché pour les hôtels et autres chambres de cet arrondissement et prends en compte le bon emplacement en centre ville pas loin du métro et commerce je peux dire que la chambre vaut vraiment son prix ! Le propriétaire envoie toutes les informations nécessaires à trouver le logement . C’est facile à trouver , c’est numérique ce qui est grand plus je trouve puisque il faut pas de clés , pas de cartes pour rentrer , juste un code . Aussi ce qui est un plus est la présence d’une machine à café ( et 4 capsules de café ) dans la chambre avec un petit coin cuisine et une tele avec Netflix , YouTube :) Le propriétaire était prévoyant , il a mit un chauffage mobile ce qui fait plaisir car il commence à faire froid . Je trouve que ce serait bien de rajouter des chaussons à usage unique car pas tout le monde en prends et le sol est assez froid malgré le chauffage . Merci beaucoup c’était un super séjour See less

Flat exactly as pictured and described! Very clean and in convenient location (15min walk to eiffel tower viewpoint). Easy check in. Only minor issue we faced was the bathroom door did not fully close but other than this, I can’t fault anything! Would recommend :)

Very stylish and clean space. Spotless! Luggage storage before check and after check out was safe and convenient. The lobby was nice spot to charge phone and relax after a long flight. Would definitely stay here again. Close to metro and convenient location. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

Was easily accessible, quiet, and perfect for our stay. Everything you need is provided, and although small, nothing lacked as often you are there just the sleep!

Propre et chaleureux mais la chambre était un peu étroite. 10min a pied de la Tour Eiffel. Je recommande si c’est pour un court séjour à Paris.

La habitación es tal como se muestra, es un pequeño apartamento equipado de cocinita individual y una ducha bastante cómoda y espaciosa separada del váter. La cama es muy cómoda. Se puede usar las zonas comunes como es el salón, pues para comer y cocinar es mucho más cómodo. La casa estaba totalmente recién reformada, creo que fuimos de los primeros. Como punto negativo solo añadir que la calefacción estaba un poco baja aún subiendo al máximo el radiador, y la habitación está muy justa en cuanto a espacio. Por lo demás, calidad precio, ya que la habitación estaba descontada del precio normal al ser de los primeros en usarla, estaba bien. Está muy bien comunicado en cuanto a transporte público y la zona es muy tranquila. Gracias por todo, repetiríamos para un par de días o tres. See less

We had a lovely quick stop over here! Gorgeous interior design, perfect size for a short stay. Very local to shops, transport, restaurants and of course the Tower. Check in was easy, super super clean and overall a fab place. Thank you!

Superbe emplacement dans le 15ème arrondissement, proche de toutes commodités et au calme. Studio très bien décoré et très propre. Très bon séjour.

Kamer was zeer schoon. Ontbijtruimte is handig. Koelkast en inductiekookplaat in eigen kamer overbodig. Studio daardoor krap. Minpunt: erg hard bed.

It’s brand new build and well equipped. 6 rooms in total small with thin walls. We were there to visit Paris the Eiffel Tower is just a short walk away so good stay at all.

Was a good location for me to walk to ECE Eiffel Campus. About 7 - 10 mins. Cheers

The place was very clean and cute! It was a great location. I stayed with my 7 year old niece and she enjoyed every bit. It has everything you need in and around. Will definitely visit again

Appartement idéalement situé, tous les transports à moins de 5 minutes à pieds. Belle déco et logement assez propre, confortable avec tout le nécessaire pour être autonome. Seul bémol, l’isolation des murs et très fine. Ça ne m’empêchera pas d’y retourner
