Excelente opción

We had a lovely stay at this place, it was super close to the Eiffel Tower with plenty of shops nearby and it was close to everything we needed. Amazing value for money, would definitely return!!

Die Unerkunft war sehr gut. Es war sehr sauber. Das eintigste negative sind die dünnen Wände. Man hört die Personen neben an reden, duschen etc. Dies war nervend. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung.

L’appartamento è molto bello, come viene descritto. La posizione è ottima per gli spostamenti in metro, situato in una zona tranquilla. Host super disponibili e premurosi. Lo consiglio vivamente.

The room was perfect for what we required for a short stay in the city. Close to the metro which made it easily accessible to all major attractions. Would definitely recommend this venue and would return for a future visit to this city.

Enjoyed our stay, the room was small but comfortable with good amenities and an easy check in process. We could walk to the Eiffel Tower easily and the location was nice - I didn't realise there was a communal area in the foyer but it wasn't too bad.

Stayed here for a long weekend and overall had a good, comfortable stay. The location is a real plus – it’s very close to the metro and also walkable to the Eiffel Tower, which was really convenient. There are plenty of nice cafés and food options nearby, so it was easy to grab coffee or a meal without going far. The room itself wasn’t very large, but it worked really well for what we needed and the bed was very comfy for sleeping after long days out exploring. As a base for a few nights in Paris, it suited us really well and I’d be happy to stay again. See less

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans une des chambres de la maison Letellier. Tout d’abord le quartier est génial, à 5 min à pieds d’un métro et avec tout plein de commerces autour. L’arrivée autonome a été très simple et bien expliquée. Le logement est super propre, petit mais très fonctionnel avec tout ce qu’il faut pour y passer plusieurs jours (cuisine, micro-ondes, bouilloire, machine à café, frigo, armoire, chauffage d’appoint…). Je n’ai pas eu l’occasion de profiter des espaces communs mais ils ont l’air vraiment très agréables pour manger ou travailler ! Les serviettes et le linge de lit sont d’un confort absolu, et le lit n’en parlons même pas, un vrai nuage ! Merci encore, je reviendrai ! See less

Too small, too cluttered, aesthetic but not functional

Wij waren ontzettend tevreden over ons verblijf in Parijs. Hartstikke netjes en schoon, ook was de metro op loopafstand en konden we makkelijk boodschappen doen. De locatie van het verblijf was ook dichtbij de Eiffeltoren wat ons aardig beviel.

It was a comfortable place. Only thing that I was disappointed with was that there was a shared common area & that the door to the bathroom hits the bed. Overall it was a nice place though.

Inoltre, il bagno era estremamente piccolo e la porta dove si trovava il WC non si riusciva ad aprire totalmente perché andava ad urtare con il letto. Gli aspetti positivi sono stati la posizione che ci ha consentito di girare la città a piedi, istruzioni molto precise per l’ingresso in camera e host molto cordiale e disponibile!! See less

The place was like the photos. The area was good and easy access to the metro, etc. The place itself was not quiet as in the rooms were not well insulated. The first night the quiet hours were not followed by other guest so it was hard to sleep.

La maison LETELIER propose des chambres tout a fait adaptées à un séjour, qu'il soit court ou long. Florian a été un hôte parfait. Je recommande chaudement.
