Public review: We enjoyed our stay! The Airbnb was clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the common rooms, which was a great touch for more space. The location was walkable, surrounded by shops and restaurants, and about a 15 min walk to the effiel tower. Would stay again!

The only slight downside was that our room initially smelled like cigarettes as if the person before us was smoking but it went away within the first 24hrs. It was also advertised on Airbnb slightly wrong. It is just a room inside of a home. Not a whole home. But you still had plenty of space to yourself. I would definitely stay here again. It was walkable to the Eiffel Tower and a very reasonable price. Private feedback: Potential some extra toilet paper in the rooms would be amazing. But overall an amazing experience. As this is Paris, everything is compact, but fully usable. Was nice to have the kitchenette and the location was helpful with a supermarket close by, ditto restaurants. 3 different codes to get in are a bit of overkill, but again, you just get used to it and you do not have to collect a key. The additional communal space can be a nice bonus. Negative: As this set-up is sth like 7 single-room apartments on the groundfloor, you have the usual issues with noise. The sound insulation in my room was not very good at all. The entrance door was creaky and I could hear anyone entering/leaving while being in my room. Another issue is that there is apparently no way to air the room without having the sliding windows fully unlocked. Either closed oder open. Road noise (my room was on the side of the road) is okay really, but you do hear everything if you have the windows open. Prices in Paris have gone up substantially in the past years, hence my poor value for money rating would apply to most places. See less

Statia de metrou este la 5 minute, iar piata volanta de duminica de sub M6 te face sa te simit ca un localnic. Experienta autentica pe care o recomand. Boulangerie si pizza alaturi de bistro-uri sunt la un pas de locuinta. Interiorul arata ca in poze. Patul este foarte confortabil. singurul lucru care poate fi considerat neplacut este dimensiunea baii, dar daca ai mai fost in Paris stii ca asta este ceva standard. Mi-a placut totul foarte mult, recomand locatia si proprietarul raspunde prompt la intrebari. Un sejur minunat! Appartamento perfetto. Come da descrizione. Vicinissimo alla Senna e alla Torre Eiffel. Supermercati e negozi a due passi, così come la metropolitana e gli autobus. Consigliatissimo

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer top Lage, in der Nähe des Eiffelturms. Metro und Bus befinden sich 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Zimmer ist etwas klein, sowie das Bad. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt jedoch okay.

This was a great stay. I wasn’t feeling well upon arrival, I let the host know and they allowed me to check in a little early. Once I was feeling well, the location was also great for finding restaurants and getting on local transportation.
