Muy bonito, limpio, cerca de la torre Eiffel caminando. Todo estaba muy bien, recomiendo 1000% y me volvería a quedar en este lugar. Gran lugar para quedarse :)

Это были замечательные 5 дней! Благодаря четким инструкциям мы легко нашли жилье и вошли во внутрь. Район безопасный и в 10 минутах от эйфелевой башни. Чистота меня поразила. Да, комната небольшая, но удобная , чистая и такая же красивая, как было заявлено. Спасибо !

El espacio estaba tal cual como en las fotos! Y la zona era muy tranquila y cerca de la torre Eiffel, había un supermercado a 2 minutos y el metro a 5 min caminando! Todo Muy bien!

Florian was great! He was very responsive and did check in on us periodically to make sure that we are ok. He also provides wonderful restaurant and café recommendations in and around the area . The room is clean, beautiful and comfortable.

Hoofdeinde bed staat tegen muur van entree aan. Als andere huurders binnen komen is het net alsof ze de kamer binnen komen omdat het openen van de hoofdentreedeur erg gehorig is.

Had an amazing stay, the place was prefect and had everything we needed. It was spotless and really comfy. The location was amazing with 3 metro station within 5mins walk. Lots of shops and restaurant all within 5/10min walk.

Amazing location, 5 min walk to train station, 15 to Eiffel. Place exceeded our expectations. Was very clean, tidy, had space to make food inside of the room, aswell as a communal dining area.

Very clean, central, easy to communicate and check in. Loved how codes were used rather than carrying keys around. Small but enough space for a weekend. Really enjoyed our stay.

The room was small but clean. There was Aesop toiletries, which was nice. It was a little warm in the room so we had to open the windows and lower the gate for security. It was quite noisy because of that. Also, there was the delivery of linens at 5 in the morning, dragging the bins in the lobby. Other than that, the stay was fine. I would only say two things as constructive feedback: 1) room #1 is right on the street and on Saturday, we heard a lot of street noise; and 2) in December, it was a little cold. Ideally, there would be a thermostat in each room so you could make it warmer. Finally, it is slightly further than I thought from the Eiffel Tower, like 20 minutes walk. Thankffully, all the other guests were quiet and respectful but it is more like a room in a house than a separate apartment. Peace! Thanks! See less

From booking to accommodation the responsiveness was great. The room was very clean and was a comfortable stay. Highly recommended for easy of movement through Paris. It’s very close (walking distance) to the metro station. Would stay here again

I had a great experience staying at this airbnb! It was in a great area that was walking distance to many local places and the Eiffel Tower. They were really flexible and communicated well! The place was styled very well.

I’m sure you can request extra, but just as an fyi. Check in is easy and the area is very very safe- we never once felt unsafe. As are most apartments in Parks it was a small space but manageable for 2 people. We liked the fact that it was a ground floor apartment, and we didn’t have to go up any stairs. This place is very small but it’s clean and very close to the Eiffel Tower, transport and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable but because it’s close to the common area and common entrance we could hear others coming and going regularly.

However, the actual listing is a little deceiving, as this is a shared home with individually hosted/airbnb’d rooms. Couple of things to note from our experience: 1. We had an infant with us. 2. Even though the host mentioned in their message before our arrival that I could request early arrival, on doing so, the host was very direct in saying no. We let the host know we had arrived a couple of hours earlier than expected, and that we had a jet lagged infant and that he had taken a very long flight. The co-host just did not want to understand our plight which made us feel a little unwelcomed. 3. When we made the reservation on airbnb, we had clearly specified number of guests including our infant. However, the host let us know only until an hour before usual checkin that the room won’t be kid friendly ( partly my miss too of not reading that this accommodation is not for kids under 12) See less

This is a great little find. It is close to the Eiffel tower and minutes from the Metro. There is plenty to see and great shopping close by.
