Everything was as described in the apartement profile. A good place to sleep for a couple of days while visiting the town.

Nos hospedamos 3 noches en el alojamiento, todo estuvo impecable tal cual las fotos, el barrio muy tranquilo se puede llegar a cualquier hora. Florian siempre muy atento respondiendo nuestras dudas y antes de la llegada nos envio un link con todas las instrucciones.

Excellent séjour. Hôtes très réactifs. Appartement très bien équipé.

Appartement pratique et bien placé et Florian a été très actif dans le suivi de notre séjour .

Todo estuvo excelente, desde el check in sin presencialidad, el apartamento es perfecto para dos personas, la zona es hermosa, tranquila y segura, todo estaba impecable al ingresar, enfrente hay un supermercado y una farmacia, y con 45 minutos de caminata estás en los principales puntos de interés. Mieszkanie było czyste oraz komunikacja z gospodarzem była bardzo dobra. Nie można zaprzeczyć tych argumentów. Niestety toaleta na samym początku nie działa, jednak zostało to szybko naprawione (trwało to jeden dzień). Problemem były jednak okna. Na zewnątrz zamykało się, co powoduje, że każdy mógł otworzyć deski i zobaczyć co znajduje się w pokoju. Nie było sposobu na ich szczelne zamknięcie co powodowało dyskomfort. Podczas pobytu ktoś je otworzył w trakcie naszej obecności w mieszkaniu. Jeżeli rozłoży się kanapę, nie ma możliwości przejść do okna bez wchodzenia na ,,łóżko”. Jeżeli ktoś przyjeżdża w celach intensywnego zwiedzania. Wtedy bardzo polecam, ponieważ okolica jest bardzo bezpieczna. Znajduje się wiele przystanków, co jest bardzo przydatne See less

Mi único inconveniente fue que los utensilios de cocina no estaban bien lavados, pero era algo fácil de arreglar lavandolos yo misma, fuera de eso, estuvo muy bien. See less

Petit logement sympathique dans une résidence calme avec un hôte très réactif. Placé à 30mn à pied de Notre Dame et 20 mn du Panthéon et autant dumuséum d'histoire naturelle et jardin des plantes . Ravi du choix.

Apartamento pequeno mas chega perfeitamente para pequenas estadias. O bairro é seguro, não tivemos problemas nenhuns.

Le logement était agréable et conforme à la description. L’hôte est très réactif, je recommande.

Excelente departamento, cómodo, muy limpio, ordenado. Florian siempre atento a cualquier duda. Teníamos estación de metro a unos 6/7 minutos caminando. Sin duda volvería.

El apartamento estaba genial, un barrio muy tranquilo. El sofá cama era muy cómodo y el apartamento era muy acogedor, para 2 personas estaba genial. Tuvimos un problema con el Baño y Florián estuvo siempre atento. El mismo día nos arreglaron el problema. Recomendaría viajar a este apartamento.

Location of the apartment was very nice. There were some things that could be better (it was very noisy, shower was not working properly), but overall it is a good deal for this price.

מארח מהמם, עזר כל הזמן ונתן מענה על כל דבר. בנוסף היה מאוד גמיש בבית נמצא במיקום מגורים שקט ורגוע עם מרחק נסיעה קצר מהרובע השישי יש סופרמרקט ממש ממול ובמרחק הליכה קצר בתי קפה ומאפיות

L'esperienza in questo appartamento è stata tutto sommato positiva, la posizione è ottima, vicina a moltissime boulangerie (ottimo per fare colazione) e ben collegata con i mezzi! È stato davvero facile raggiungere i principali punti di attrazione di Parigi. Questo appartamento va bene per chi ha intenzione di dormirci e basta, dato che è molto piccolo (una volta aperto il divano letto, diventa quasi impossibile muoversi). Inoltre, il bagno è molto più piccolo di quanto mi aspettassi - il lavandino, in particolare, è molto piccolo. La doccia è molto comoda! Florian ci ha anche fatto trovare un piccolo kit di benvenuto molto utile. Tutto sommato siamo soddisfatte del nostro alloggio. Qualità prezzo nella media di Parigi :) See less

le logement est relativement proche du métro et des bus. il est petit (surtout la salle de bain) mais fonctionnel. Par contre, jouxtant le hall de l'immeuble, il y a du bruit quand les gens entrent et sortent. rapport qualité prix OK.

Très bon logement pour pouvoir dormir sans être trop loin de Paris avec un accès très rapide (10min à pied) au métro. De nombreux restaurants et petits supermarchés à proximité.

Le logement de Florian correspondait exactement aux photos et à la description. Facile d'accès. Transports en communs juste à côté. Je recommande!
