Nice suburban well designed, efficiently set up apartment. Mostly looks like the photos except for the large metal beam inside one shower which made it very difficult to use. Bathrooms equipped with all you need. Be prepared for sewer smell, I assume plumbing is hard in historic buildings. This flat is extremely small, which is fine if you have a full schedule. Can be loud at night and morning so not great for light sleepers. Good HVAC system, easy access entry key pad. The subway system is very complex, different cards, routes and changing schedules, study before counting on it or just budget $30-40 to Uber to or from downtown. Gentilly was cool, especially Jo and Joe, Several stores and restaurants nearby. The apartment worked out for our group of 5 adults, a little pricey for not horrible, but not great. See less

Raphael was responsive and would check on how the stay was, to provide any help if needed. Surroundings was nice and quiet and walkable distance to metro station. Amenities were there as listed and the aircons were nice to have during out stay in summer.

Mi recomendación es que se hospeden en este alojamiento y que todas las mañanas vayan a “Boulangerie Les Gourmandises” por su desayuno, no se arrepentirán de ninguna de las dos. See less

Er ist ein guter Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist sauber. Für 3 oder mehrere Gäste ist die Wohnung super weil jedes Zimmer sein eigenes Bad hat.

Appartement très pratique en rez-de-chaussée, parfait pour les déplacements professionnels en équipe : chacun dispose de sa chambre et de sa salle de bain. Raphaël est très sympa et les instructions étaient claires. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

We would opt for a more upscale neighborhood should we visit Paris in the future. The price was definitely worth what we paid. See less

We had a small issue with a window not closing properly, but Raphael responded immediately and had a handyman fix it within 20 minutes. His communication and efficiency were outstanding. The location is also a plus, with a supermarket and a bakery just around the corner—I highly recommend grabbing breakfast there; the food was delicious. I would absolutely stay here again! See less

Ein Supermarkt liegt direkt auf dem Weg von der Metro zur Wohnung. Ein Bäcker ist ein paar Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt und hat ein ausreichendes Angebot zu günstigen Preisen. Wir sind Mega zufrieden gewesen und können sie wirklich empfehlen. Der Kontakt zum Besitzer war freundlich und zuvorkommend und war immer sehr schnell am beantworten unserer Fragen. The apartment is as advertised. It is really close to the RER B—just a 5-minute walk. It was clean and welcoming. The only problem was that it was very difficult to find a parking spot.

Alles wie beschrieben. Keine Überraschungen :) Eine super Einweisung zum Check In und sehr pünktlich. Ruhige Lage der Wohnung um den Tag abklingen zu lassen. Mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. War alles sehr gut! Preis Leistung war gut.

We had a great 4 days in Paris . Raphael’s place was exactly as we expected it to be. Beds were comfortable, apparently was spotlessly clean , with great showers. Would definitely stay at Raphael’s place again if we are ever back in Paris . Thanks CAM

Great value place in a quiet neighbourhood! A short walk to Gentilly RER trainstation. All necessities available in the appartment. Amazing with 3 seperat bath rooms! Only down side is a slight odor from the showerdrain at arrival, but it's gone after the first shower of the stay Would recommend!

The location was convenient, just a short 3-5 minute walk to the local rail station, with easy access to central Paris in about 15 minutes. Estuvimos 6 personas en el apartamento de Raphael el fin de semana y quedamos muy satisfechos. El apartamento es exactamente igual cómo está en las fotos, es impecable, muy limpio, tiene muy buen espacio, con agua caliente, camas muy cómodas y en general no se siente frío en el apartamento, aún para esta época de invierno. La ubicación es muy buena, ya que a menos de 5 minutos está la estación del RER Gentilly, la cual nos deja en el centro en unos 15 minutos. También es una zona muy tranquila y privada. 10/10 para la atención y el hospedaje de Raphael. See less

Ideal for group of 6 people. Bedroom is not spaciouse so it might be difficult for you if you bring big luggages. Clean and cozy room. Unit is on 1st floor so it is comfortable when you bring big luggages. Good wifi connection. Responsive host.

Checking in was easy and we appreciated our host letting us do a bag drop off before our reservation start time. Raphael was extremely responsive and was available for any questions/issues which we appreciated even though our stay was uneventful. Overall, if you don’t mind being a couple of metro stops from the city, this is an excellent place away from the noise. See less

Raphaels place is very clean, easy check in and comfortably fit 6 adults. If you are visiting Paris the location is very close to the train line which gets you into/around paris.

Raphael è super reattivo nella risposta e molto chiaro nelle indicazioni. L’appartamento è a 5 minuti a piedi dalla RER B, comoda per raggiungere aeroporto e centro di Parigi. Consigliato!!! The property was very nice and ideal for 3 couples that wish to have separate bathrooms and also have some common space. The only con was a malfunction with the AC unit heating but Raphael was prompt in sending a technician to fix it.
