This flat was perfect for our family of 5. It was centrally located, clean, and we’d definitely stay there again. Neighbors were sensitive to noise so definitely not a place to congregate.

We would like to thank the hosts for a fantastic time in Paris. The apartment was exactly what we needed. Wonderful location and clean. The hosts were very accommodating and communicative. Highly recommend! We will be back! Merci beaucoup!

My family of five had a great stay at Raphael’s. He communicated all we needed to know to enter the apartment. Having 3 beds and 2 1/2 beds was very nice for 5 people. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and was tastefully decorated. The location was great, a short walk to the Louvre. Found a fun “speak easy” close by that had delicious cocktails. There is a very quaint “hidden” restaurant on the first floor of the building, inside the gates. All in all, a great place. I would stay here again. See less

Beautiful flat, in the center of the best parts of Paris, but still private and quiet. Worth every penny!

Very quiet and peaceful place. Beautiful interior design and flow. Amazing location hence easy to walk to most historical places with in Paris. Well organised and coordinated check in and check out.

Stayed one night and it was a lovely location, very central with lots of sights within walking distance. Apartment is up winding stairs, which was a bit tricky with little kids but doable. A few areas of the apartment could do with some attention but overall well decorated.

Had a fantastic stay. Apartment was in a great location and less then 10 mins from the metro. Very safe area and had lots of cafes and restaurants on your doorstep Would highly recommend staying here as the apartment was really comfortable and had everything you would need.

This is an excellent large apartment within a few minutes walk of the Tuileries Metro with a small grocery across the street and many restaurants nearby. The beds were comfortable, with 2 private bedrooms and a 3rd bed available in a wide hallway. One bathroom could use a wall mount which would give you 2 showers instead of one and having 2 toilets for 5 adults was a big help. One of the toilets could use a little paint but no big deal. The living room and kitchen were very spacious and comfortable, and came in handy on a rainy afternoon in Paris or for a simple dinner at home when expensive nights out get to be too much. Access is via a passageway with multiple gates (and then up on two storey stairs case) but it was easy enough, felt secure and meant that the apartment was quiet and peaceful. Inside, the apartment was well stocked, with one en-suite bedroom and two further bedrooms (one of which provides access to the sitting room / kitchen). This is fine for kids but the room doesn’t give a lot of privacy for adults. Sitting room / kitchen are very pleasant. There is a supermarket and wine shop very nearby, and places to eat / have breakfast. Overall, highly recommended. See less

We felt at home and had plenty of space for our party of five. Our hosts were friendly and responsive. The only minor inconvenience was that the apartment was not ready when we arrived at 3:07 for our 3pm check-in. The cleaning woman didn’t leave until 3:30 which made our arrival a bit awkward. A peaceful place tucked away in the bustle of the heart of the 1st with Le Louvre & Musée d Orsay just minutes away for a family of four. We gave the private bedrooms to the teenagers & actually preferred the walk through room for ourselves because then we had the run of the house. Bathtub with hand held shower was adequate for use while the kids slept and we actually preferred the toilet in the main house because the entrance to the private toilet is very low and we are very tall and hit our heads a couple times. We didn’t see the shampoo and conditioner until the last day of our week tucked away in a cupboard and bought our own. And the shower in the main bath is very hard to adjust temperature, once we had it set it was fine - but it was on 100 percent hot and scalding and we were not sure how to adjust it and it took quite a bit of gusto to make the regulator move. This minor repair is our only suggestion otherwise a lovely stay in a large space at a better price than other options See less

Țhere was a little noise from the water system but overall for the location - this was worth it! The furniture is funky and the place was very clean. I would give the apt 5 stars but one of the beds was quite creaky and not so comfortable. I would say the beds need to be upgraded. I was glad it was just me in mine as every time I rolled over it woke me up. There is also only 1 shower - other bathroom just a bath - and at times a bit of a whiff from the en suite toilet . But it was less cost than others in the area and I suppose this is why. If you want luxury this isn’t it but if you want a great location, quiet and pretty good value for money - this is a great place. See less

Très joli appartement chaleureux, bien équipé et décoré avec goût dans un bel immeuble sécurisé et calme dans la rue Saint Honoré à côté des Tuileries, de la Place Vendôme et du Louvre. Raphaël a été un hôte réactif et accueillant. Je recommande vivement!

The location was excellent. We were a group of 4 adults and 1 child. One thing that wasn’t apparent to me when reviewing the listing was that one of the “bedrooms” is in the hallway leading back to the other 2 bedrooms, so there is next to no privacy in that space. Thankfully our child is 5 and once asleep, isn’t often bothered by things going on around. Additionally, there are two bathrooms, one being in the master bedroom and the other toilet is by the kitchen, but does not have a sink there. You must either wash hands in the kitchen or walk through the hallway bedroom to the bathtub/sink/laundry machine room. I didn’t realize that these were separate when booking. Lastly, we unfortunately had maintenance issues upon our arrival which meant we had maintenance people in the apartment the next 2 days, limiting our privacy and access to our rental space. The host was kind and responsive overall. I’d consider staying here again for the location! See less

Four of us stayed 3 nights in Nov. We arrived at 2:50, 10 mins before check-in. Unfortunately, the cleaner was an hour plus away from being done. It would've been great if we had been told so we could've adjusted our plans. This didn't set a great tone, but when we returned later that evening, the place was really clean. Great Location! Walkable to all major sights. The flat is deep in the building, so it felt very safe. There's 1 bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) off the master bedroom. The other bathroom has a tub and sink. The toilet is off the kitchen, but no sink. That means you have to wash hands at the kitchen sink, or head to the bathroom down the hall. Not a deal breaker, just odd. The key can be tricky. Pull the door toward you and keep turning clockwise to unlock. To remove the key from the lock, it must be horizontal, not vertical like US locks. We left an item behind, and the host was fast to to ship it. Very thankful for that! See less

My family really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is a great location in a very nice area. Despite the hustle and bustle of the neighborhood, the apartment was very quiet and peaceful. The instructions for finding the apartment and checking in were very helpful.

Attention ne pas oublier que l'appartement est au deuxième étage sans ascenseur, une fois arrivée on apprécie le calme.

Beautiful apartment, amazing location, nice and quiet. Stairs can be a challenge with large bags. One shower would not adjust to be cooler and was quite hot. All in all a great place to stay.
