Florian é um anfitrião atencioso e que responde rapidamente. O espaço fica numa linda passagem e tem uma excelente localização, perto de pontos turísticos e de metrô. As camas foram bastante confortáveis e o chuveiro aquece bem e tem bastante vazão de água. Cozinha completa. Só achei a escada que dá acesso ao banheiro e quarta muito estreita, íngreme e não tem corrimão. A internet tb não funcionou. See less

We really enjoyed our stay at Florian’s apartment. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Florian was a great host, responsive and helpful, which made check-in and the whole stay super easy. Highly recommend and would happily stay again!

Florian provides a list of local recommendations and the location allows visitors to walk or metro practically anywhere they want to go in Paris! See less

L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter plusieurs endroits touristiques à Paris malgré la grève de transports. La literie très confortable et la salle d’eau fonctionne très bien. Petit bémol au niveau du séjour car impossible de chauffer suffisamment pendant les jours froids. La chambre en sous-sol était assez chaude.

Another reviewer recommended keeping the codes for the shopping street and apartment somewhere other than your phone -- this was great advice since our phones died one afternoon. Thank you so much for your hospitality and your service. This has been the first time we had the pleasure of rating an air bnb so high! We were so impressed with the usage of the space and the amount of amenities there were. Thank you for having us. We had the pleasure of being in the middle of everything, being so very close to all the major tourist attractions....especially the Louvre. This air bnb met all of our needs, with the host extending us late check out of 1pm with no extra charge which we were very grateful for. Usually every rating would try to State the negatives of the spot however the only ones we can come up with is that the bedroom downstairs was unable to get the wifi and cell service and the stair case is a bit steep as most places we've seen so it isn't really much of a negative. It just shows the standard of this Airbnb. I suggest you give this a try and enjoy the location, the promixity to local bars, bistros, bakeries, the local attractions and museums are all within walking distance. Literally right outside the Airbnb is a line of stores and restaurants that make it easy to walk out and grab a bite or spend some time without the loud noises that are associated with spaces so close to everything. We would definitely return to this air bnb in the future if given the chance. Thank you! See less

We had a fantastic time visiting and the house was in a good location. We really appreciated the extra communication when we had questions about the area and housing. It really helped us have a great time in Paris.

This location is really great!! It’s close to everything or just a Metro away! Florian was super helpful! The WiFi/service downstairs isn’t super great though but there was no issue upstairs! Overall a great place though!

Nice apartment located in a beautiful passage in the city center. There was a huge strike going on in France during our stay yet we had no problem walking everywhere since the location was pretty much perfect, with plenty of good restaurants nearby and close to the main attractions. Only downsides were that the ground level area is quite cold, and the WiFi doesn’t work in the basement. The bedroom downstairs was warm with the heating, but even with heating on, the living room / kitchen area was cold. This isn’t that big of an issue if only two people are staying, but since we were four, it was quite cold for two of us during the nights. As for the WiFi, it doesn’t work downstairs, and there’s no mobile reception either. This is rather annoying and something that could be easily fixed so hosts should look into it. Other than that, it was pretty much perfect. Communication was good and check in without problems. Thanks! See less

Felt very safe having the apartment inside of a locked passage, especially during the night. Water pressure in the shower was really good! Bed was comfortable. Few minutes to walk to two close metro stations, and easy to walk anywhere else. Lovely bakery at the end of the passage. Only negative was no fresh air, and some hand wash and a few basic kitchen cooking supplies would have been appreciated. Overall we really enjoyed our stay! See less

The couch upstairs was a fold out bed, which was quite comfortable, but tight if you were to keep open during the day, but very easy to put away. The location was great, felt very secure in the passage it was in. Took some of the recommendations our host provided which were great, and also tried Alma next store, a cute hip coffee shop with a really unique brioche you must try!
