M. Chen était disponible et joignable via message. L’appartement était propre, facile d’accès et sécurisé. Effectivement les toilettes étaient étroites mais nous avons été prévenues et cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Attention si l’intimité est un critère important pour vous. Cuisine équipée. Je recommande. Lo consiglio per 2 persone.Inoltre mi e' dispiaciuto non aver trovato il divano letto pronto per i miei bambini al mio arrivo in tarda sera. Ho trovato un lenzuolo accartocciato dietro il divano. Appartement bien situé pour visiter Paris. Il est fonctionnel et bien équipé mais petit pour accueillir plus de 2 personnes car une seule chambre séparée par une cloison vitrée. Peu d’intimité. Hote non flexible sur les horaires d’arrivée et de départ. Je recommande malgré tout.

Excelente ubicación muy cerca de París, buena conexión por metro y tren. Cerca de restaurantes panaderías y supermercados. El apartamento tiene todo lo que necesitas. Chen ha sido muy amable y estuvo pendiente de cada detalle en todo momento.

Tout s est bien passé et nous recommandons ce logement. Florian est un hôte très réactif.

Un gran lugar. A pocos pasos del metro, hay supermercados cerca para poder comprar algo para cocinar restaurantes bastante cerca. Excelente lugar, recomendado.

We enjoyed the flat. It is a bit far away and quite small, but clean and perfect if you are just looking for the place to leave your bags and spend the time in the city.

Zijn hier verbleven voor 4 dagen en hebben ervan mogen genieten om hier te verblijven. Het was makkelijk om er binnen te komen en voelde ons meteen thuis.

Espaço igual às fotos. Perfeita localização, metro e autocarro a 5 min. Padaria e Supermercado mesmo à porta. Apartamento equipado com o essencial. Limpo e arrumado.

Apartament świetny na wypoczynek dla osób które cenią sobie spokój, oddalony od centrum miasta. Posiada wszystkie najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy. Do metra spacerkiem 5 min z którego można dojechać wszędzie. Apartament godny polecenia.

There were plenty of bakeries close by, perfect for grabbing fresh croissants in the morning. A lovely canal with many restaurants was also nearby. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place! Super fin oplevelse at være gæst hos Florian ! Super god kommunikation! Ekstrem hurtig til at svare og meget imødekommende. Lejligheden så ud som på billederne! Var ren og ordentlig ! Nem ift. transport ind til centrum!

Bylo zde ale jiné nádobí, takže to nebyl problém. Postel i rozkládací gauč byly pohodlné na spánek. Uvítali bychom další zrdcadlo, bylo zde jen jedno v koupelně. Komunikace s hostitelem byla rychlá a snadná, velmi jsme ocenili vstříctnost v den příjezdu, kdy jsme se mohli ubytovat o 6 hodin dříve. Celkově se jednalo o krásný byt v hezké lokalitě a pobyt jsme si velmi užili a můžeme ho všem doporučit. See less

Overall a lovely flat. Florian communicates well and frequently, obviously happy to help. The only downside was the toilet room was very small, anyone on the tall side will have difficulty sitting down.

Le logement est très propre ce qui est très agréable , le logement est petit mais comme nous n’étions pas beaucoup sur place cela n’était pas trop dérangeant. La première nuit n’avons pas eu de chance les voisins ont été très bruyants dans la nuit , mais la deuxième nickel . Le plus gros défaut de l’appartement je pense que ce sont les toilettes qui sont vraiment petit , donc attention à l’intimité si vous venez entre amis , car obligé de laisser la porte entre ouverte . Sinon très bien placé , Leclerc à quelques minutes à pied et les boulangeries de même ( je vous recommande la boulangerie La parisienne ) nous avons mangé nos meilleures pains au chocolats ! Alles is voorzien wat je nodig hebt om enkele dagen in Parijs te vertoeven. Iets buiten centrum maar wel heerlijk semi rustig als je vanuit de drukte van de stad komt. In de buurt leuke wandelpaden en aangename etablissementen zoals park Villette , Jardin 21 en zo veel meer. 1 minpunt is de te kleine wc ruimte. The Place itself is very modern, clean, and has all the amenities you need. Used the sofa bed and was easy to put together. The host was quick to respond and was very helpful. The only downsides were the toilet was very tiny, for an average size person you can barely shut the door and there was construction work on 2 of the morning we stayed, which woke us up at 8am but apart from that everything was perfect. Check-in and check out was smooth and easy so i highly recommend this place! See less
