The main issue is that the location did not advertise as a triplex until check in and we were traveling with an elderly person and a toddler, so the stairs were a bit of a challenge. Steep in many areas and missing handle rails in one portion. Overall the stay was lovely, but we wouldn’t have booked the location had we know about the accessibility. See less

We had a great weekend with friends. Ideally located in central Paris. It was a perfect base for exploring with friends.

Excelente hospedaje, muy cómodo de fácil acceso, con una muy buena ubicación, el espacio es reducido, pero acogedor, las camas cómodas; pasamos muy buenos dias de vacaciones con todo muy cercano. Sin duda es un lugar muy bueno que sin duda volvería a utilizar.

The stay was nice, but it would be a little nicer without cockroaches in the apartment. Toilet sits in one of the rooms were broken and poor attached. Seems like a problems that could be fixed with a little more attention to details.

We absolutley loved staying Raphaels place. The location was amazing with access to restaurants, cafes and bars and a 5 min walk to the Lourve. The stairs are tight in the apartment but that did not take away from our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Fourth floor bedroom is a little cramped for anyone very tall. My husband is 6’3” and the shower was too small for him and the sloped roof was a tiny bit of a problem for him. Beds were very comfy and there were nice little shower kits for us as well, a nice touch. The stairs are quite narrow and you’ll have to take your luggage up them all so pack light or prepare to haul it all up three or four flights of stairs! See less

The location was an easy walk to Metro/bus and the Louvre. There were many restaurants and markets in the immediate area. We found it clean, comfortable, and a great location. We would definately stay again without hesitation in the cooler months. (There is no air conditioning, and I would imagine it would not be comfortable in the heat of summer) Two things to note 1: this is a typical european apartment with MANY uneven stairs to climb. No problem for us, but if you have anyone with mobility issues, you may find it challenging. 2: The flat is located inside of a shopping area, and can be noisy with the windows open. No bother for us, but just be aware. See less
