Appartamento pittoresco nel cuore di Parigi, vicino all’Opera , ai magazzini Lafayette e Printemps. Louvre, touilleris vicinissimi. Che dire veramente una casetta accogliente , francece e soprattutto vicina a tutto. Grazie

The stay was nice, but it would be a little nicer without cockroaches in the apartment. Toilet sits in one of the rooms were broken and poor attached. Seems like a problems that could be fixed with a little more attention to details.

We absolutley loved staying Raphaels place. The location was amazing with access to restaurants, cafes and bars and a 5 min walk to the Lourve. The stairs are tight in the apartment but that did not take away from our stay. We would definitely stay again.

gracias Rahael por la estancia. lo único a tener en cuenta que las escaleras son de escalones pequeños y el baño de la última planta es pequeño, es accesible para personas de porte pequeño.

VERY quiet area after 8pm and on Sundays, which was great after long days of walking. Great little kitchen and sitting area on the third floor. Second floor bedroom is quite nice and spacious. Fourth floor bedroom is a little cramped for anyone very tall. My husband is 6’3” and the shower was too small for him and the sloped roof was a tiny bit of a problem for him. Beds were very comfy and there were nice little shower kits for us as well, a nice touch. The stairs are quite narrow and you’ll have to take your luggage up them all so pack light or prepare to haul it all up three or four flights of stairs! See less

Raphael was a great host and the apartment was a PERFECT fit for two couples. The flat is on 3 levels, with the bedrooms being on levels one and three. Plenty of separation for privacy, and each has it's on ensuite. The main living space was ample for the 4 of us, and the kitchen was well stocked with basic utensils. The location was an easy walk to Metro/bus and the Louvre. There were many restaurants and markets in the immediate area. We found it clean, comfortable, and a great location. We would definately stay again without hesitation in the cooler months. (There is no air conditioning, and I would imagine it would not be comfortable in the heat of summer) Two things to note 1: this is a typical european apartment with MANY uneven stairs to climb. No problem for us, but if you have anyone with mobility issues, you may find it challenging. 2: The flat is located inside of a shopping area, and can be noisy with the windows open. No bother for us, but just be aware. See less

Personnellement, nous avons mangé à l exterieur mais j ai signalé à Raphael le manque de certains ustensiles pour les prochains chanceux qui réserveront ce logement . pour finir, communication impeccable avec Raphaël Nous reviendrons sans hésiter ! Raphael & Florian’s place is ideally situated for getting around all the sites in Paris. There are so many places in walking distance, or a short taxi ride of <10€. The apartment is in a small passage where there are many Asian shops, and any type of restaurant can be found a short walk away. We also appreciated Florian’s quick response to a small problem we had on the first night. He was very responsive, even though it was late at night. Overall, a great place, highly recommended, with everything you need, close to many of the places you want to go. See less
