The stay was nice, but it would be a little nicer without cockroaches in the apartment. Toilet sits in one of the rooms were broken and poor attached. Seems like a problems that could be fixed with a little more attention to details.

We absolutley loved staying Raphaels place. The location was amazing with access to restaurants, cafes and bars and a 5 min walk to the Lourve. The stairs are tight in the apartment but that did not take away from our stay. We would definitely stay again.

VERY quiet area after 8pm and on Sundays, which was great after long days of walking. Great little kitchen and sitting area on the third floor. Second floor bedroom is quite nice and spacious. Fourth floor bedroom is a little cramped for anyone very tall. My husband is 6’3” and the shower was too small for him and the sloped roof was a tiny bit of a problem for him. Beds were very comfy and there were nice little shower kits for us as well, a nice touch. The stairs are quite narrow and you’ll have to take your luggage up them all so pack light or prepare to haul it all up three or four flights of stairs! See less

Plenty of separation for privacy, and each has it's on ensuite. The main living space was ample for the 4 of us, and the kitchen was well stocked with basic utensils. The location was an easy walk to Metro/bus and the Louvre. There were many restaurants and markets in the immediate area. We found it clean, comfortable, and a great location. We would definately stay again without hesitation in the cooler months. (There is no air conditioning, and I would imagine it would not be comfortable in the heat of summer) Two things to note 1: this is a typical european apartment with MANY uneven stairs to climb. No problem for us, but if you have anyone with mobility issues, you may find it challenging. 2: The flat is located inside of a shopping area, and can be noisy with the windows open. No bother for us, but just be aware. See less

The apartment is in a small passage where there are many Asian shops, and any type of restaurant can be found a short walk away. We also appreciated Florian’s quick response to a small problem we had on the first night. He was very responsive, even though it was late at night. Overall, a great place, highly recommended, with everything you need, close to many of the places you want to go. See less

This place was in a great spot and so cute! Very steep and narrow stairs so it was a bit hard to get luggage up the stairs, but once up it was quite nice. Beds were comfortable and it was easy to check in and use the lockbox.

We were there late September, so no big deal but summer could be miserable. The Passage Choissal is great but living over restaurants is noisy and can smell.
