Great location: lively neighborhood with many restaurants, bars and cafes. Easy access to public transportation. A bit smaller than what it seems on the pictures and sometimes a bit noisy, but other than that, a very nice place to stay!

Loved the location of the airbnb, close to so many cafes and bars. The place was super clean, very easy to reach and very lovely. We enjoyed our stay so much, and hope to return soon!

Pasamos 3 noches en el apartamento de Raphael y todo fue perfecto. Total flexibilidad para la entrada y toda la informacion clara… todo muy facil. Es una zona con vida, con restaurantes, supermercados, cafeterias… a 5min de una parada de metro. Perfecto para moverte y conocer Paris.

Only thing was that the room was still being cleaned after check-in time which made it a little hard for us to relax after we arrived (we only stayed for one night). Would recommend staying here though. Even the sleeping couch is very comfi. See less

Raphael’s place was great for our stay. It was in a great location, very easy to get to everywhere we wanted and lots of restaurants and cafes in the area. The place was clean and was accurately described. I would definitely recommend!

This was a great place to stay ! I stayed with a friend so we used both bedrooms and it was very clean. The beds are comfortable and the area was nice although admittedly we adventured more outside of it. I would say my main comment (which is out of their control) would be that since you can’t have doors open all the time (aka when you sleep) it can feel stuffy when it’s hot because they’re are no windows. But the natural light you get from the doors is great in day time! The summer might be more difficult with the heat. Overall a great stay and a great host ! Thank you! See less

Appartement de taille très correcte pour Paris. Rénové et décoré avec goût. Bonne literie. La salle de bain est très petite mais pratique. Les toilettes séparés sont un plus.

Overall it’s a great place. We had a nice time there. The best thing is the availability to store luggage!

The place is great — just as described! We had an issue just before leaving the apartment, which wasn't the owner's fault. However, it would have been nice to receive a response.

Séjour agréable, conforme à la description.. Station de métro et commerces de proximité proche du logement.. malgré la mise a disposition de ventilateurs, le confort serait optimal avec une climatisation.

very nice accommodation in paris, small but has literally everything you could possibly need! the host was very helpful and got back to us very quickly with any questions we might of had. comfortable space for 4 people & looked lovely on the inside.

The accommodation was in a good location for our trip. It was bright and clean and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately there was no hot water in the morning for our showers.

Die Gegend an sich war nicht schlecht aber wenn man weiter in die Stadt rein möchte um Paris zu erkunden, war die Wohnung schon weiter weg weshalb es relativ lange gedauert hat mit den Öffentlichen hin zu kommen. Superbe hébergement tout confort, propre, sécurisé, très bien équipé et proche de toutes les commodités parisiennes (métro, commerces, restauration etc). Accès facile grâce aux indications très claires de notre hôte particulièrement réactif. Ce fût un logement idéal pour notre petite famille qui s'est sentie dans un vrai petit cocon.

Raphael was such a lovely and responsive host. The accommodation was just as pictured, and had almost everything we needed for our stay! It was a very secure process to enter which made us feel safer at night. Very modern accommodation, with really comfy beds to sleep in. The fans were a great touch to keep us cool. We were also able to keep our luggage in the luggage storage for the day of our departure which helped massively and is a very great feature of this. We found the outdoor patio area was not as private as we expected. Any person walking past the Main Street could easily see us, which meant we didn’t use it. Although the inside was so great, that it didn’t really matter! The area is a slightly rundown, but not much this Airbnb can do about that. We found it really easy to get into the city centre from this location, using the metro each time. Lots of local supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, etc. I would definitely recommend Raphael’s place!
