Ik heb het appartement geboekt voor mijn zoon en zijn vriendin voor hun weekend parijs. Zij hebben genoten van de comfortabele logies , proper en heel fijne communicatie. Handig dat je je bagage kan achterlaten. Enorm gzapprecieerd !

en fait c'est une grande chambre aménagée en logement...très bien...nous y reviendrons volontiers..proche du métro...dans la rue commerçante nous avons découvert un restaurant Italien très très bien..

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement ! Très propre, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, idéalement situé dans un quartier vivant de Paris.

Overall we had a great stay at Maison Ménilmontant. The space was clean with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The walls of the room are very thin and the corridor was very echoey so unfortunately we heard every move of the neighbours across the hall and next door to us. The outdoor patio is a shared space with other rooms rather than completely private and is below a busy street so not completely peaceful and we believe that passersby may throw some rubbish down into the space. The washing machine, mentioned in the listing, is also shared instead of being in the room for use at any time. We were provided a fan due to the hot weather however it was still very warm in the room and we felt we couldn’t leave the sliding door open incase of others wandering in. In general the stay was pleasant and there was nothing that would put us off coming again. See less

simple but secure entry, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a little small but we only stayed one night so it got the job done! the room was very clean and had many thoughtful touches such as tea and coffee for the morning before our flight. the neighborhood was a delightful surprise, we walked to the parc des buttes-chaumont and all around belleville. it seemed like an area with a lot of young families and students, and the vibe changed over the course of the day as cafes closed and bars opened. plenty of pharmacies and late night markets nearby too. the one thing i will say is that the walls are pretty thin, i could hear other guests staying down the hall, but we didnt spend much time inside the room so it never became an issue. Overall, I had a great stay at the apartment. Location was super easy to find and smooth to enter. Close to bars and restaurants, The apartment is in very close quarters to the other flats in the block, so there were times when I heard other guests leaving in the evening - so be wary if this is something you don't like! The only fault I can find is with temperature control - there was no AC or fan as far as I could see, and as the apartment is on the ground floor, it was tricky to leave the door open after a shower or as I slept, as the apratment was right on the street. Loved staying here and I likely will be back, but I imagine in the hotter months it will get slightly too hot to sleep in. Thanks! See less

Really nice small apartment in a great neighborhood with everything you need. We stayed just for one night in between two flights. We loved it. What it could benefit in the hot summer days would be climatisation with an AC. During our stay, it was a very comfortable temperature.

The place was very clean- spotless and new! The location was quite convenient. Within 15/20 min walk you have amazing local bars and restaurants and you can walk to a few tourist attractions as well. Communication and access was great. 100% reccomend!

The room opens up to a shared patio, which is nice. The one issue we had was there was no active ventilation (a fan) to circulate air in the room or out of the shower. The neighborhood is wonderful, it feels like a real part of the city not some tourist trap like neighborhoods closer to downtown. There’s lots of quirky and unique shops and markets around. See less

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le studio correspond à la description et est très fonctionnel. La décoration est soignée et la baie vitrée donnant sur l'extérieur est appréciable Nous avons apprécié les capsules de café et le thé à disponibles ainsi que la présence d'une bagagerie.
