Description

The loft is a 100m2 (approx. 1100 ft2) design apartment and has been entirely refurbished with high quality standards and materials.

It is composed of a large living room with convertible queen size sofa, an open kitchen with all equipments (fridge, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, cooking plate, …). There is also a bar area for guests who like to have their meals this way.

A dining area with 8 chairs and a desk with brand new iMac are also in the living room.

There are 2 double bedrooms with 4-star queen size beds (160×200) and personal wardrobe. The bedroom in the mezzanine also has a small sofa and armchair, as well as a flat screen TV with 100+ channels.

1 bathroom with large shower area and 1 separate toilet are available as well.

The loft is at the ground floor with access from the courtyard, which is very convenient for people who are not comfortable with stairs. The building is very quiet. Curtains are available for each windows so you can have full privacy and darkness.

The air conditioning is available in the mezzanine only. There is an additional fan downstairs.

Area

The loft is located between the canal Saint-Martin, the Sentier, and the Marais, 3 of the best Parisian districts. Canal Saint-Martin, is a hipster area perfect to have walks and food. Sentier used to be the place to buy clothes and is now a trendy area with the famous “rue Montorgueil”. The Marais is the oldest district of Paris with a lot of shops, restaurants, bars, etc.
The flat is very close to Gare de l’Est and Gare du Nord stations as well as Metro Republique

3 min. Walk from Republique station or 6 min. walk to Strasbourg Saint-Denis station.
– Line 4 (Strasbourg Saint denis) : Châtelet, Notre-Dame, Saint-Michel, Saint-Germain in 15 mins.
– Line 5 (Republique) : North – South to go to Bastille, Quais de seine
– Line 11 (Republique) : To go to Buttes Chaumont, Hotel de ville in 15 min.
– Line 8 and 9 : East-West – To go to Galeries Lafayette, Opera, Champs-Elysées, Etoile, Eiffel Tower in 15/20 mins.
– Fares : 1.90€ per journey. You can buy 1, 2, 3 or 5 days-tickets at these fares
(respectively) : 12,00€, 19,50€, 26,65€, 38,35€ (50% discount for kids).

Train stations
– Gare de l’Est : 10 to 15mins walk from the flat or 2 stops with line 4 (Strasbourg Saint denis).
– Gare du Nord : 20 mins walk from the flat or 3 stops with line 4.
– Gare de Lyon : 20 to 25 mins by metro (line 4 then line 14).
– Gare Montparnasse : 25 to 30 mins by metro (line 4).
