Description

The loft is a 125m2 (about 1300 sq ft.) flat which has been totally refurbished by an architect and high quality / design materials and furniture.

It has a huge living room with sofa, a TV space, and a dining space. It has an open kitchen with all equipments and 4 double bedrooms with 4* Queen size beds (160×200), 2 bathrooms, 2 WC toilets and a big dressing.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking plate, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, pans, toaster, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, …).

Curtains are almost everywhere to bring darkness by night and privacy. The loft is at the ground floor in a courtyard of a nice typical Parisian building with a big garden. It is very quiet and very bright thanks to a lot of windows.

Area

The loft is located between Gambetta and Pere Lachaise, typical Parisian districts. There are a lot of shops, boutiques and restaurants. You will enjoy Paris like a real Parisian, and we are 10 to 15 min away from Republique by metro which is 5min. walk.

Transports

The area is very easy for transports :
– 5 mins walk from Gambetta Station line 3. Direct to Republique, Galeries Lafayette, Opera, Saint-Lazare, Parc Monceau.
– Airports : Roissy Charles de Gaulle, 50€ by taxi (40 min.), 12€ by bus or train (1h).
