The area

The loft is located between the canal Saint-Martin, the Sentier, and the Marais, 3 of the best Parisian districts. Canal Saint-Martin, is a hipster area perfect to have walks and food. Sentier used to be the place to buy clothes and is now a trendy area with the famous “rue Montorgueil”. The

Marais is the oldest district of Paris with a lot of shops, restaurants, bars, etc.
The flat is very close to Gare de l’Est and Gare du Nord and 2 minute away from the metro station (line 4, 8, 9).
