Awesome stay! Property is very well located, we were able to walk around and get to the metro super easily. Our host was also very communicative and happy to help when asked questions. Would recommend!

Amazing place to stay when visiting paris! Around a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro and 10 mins from the eiffel tower. Check in was very clear and simple, the shared kitchen/ living space was cosy and homey and the room was lovely. Would stay again :)

Wij hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf! Makkelijk te vinden, handige instructies en super mooie accomodatie. Leuk ook dat de kamer uitkeek op een rustige koer. Enige minpintje is misschien dat het geluid van de andere kamers wel hoorbaar was in onze kamer.

studio très cocooning. quartier calme et studio silencieux. des superettes à proximité. literie confortable. attention un des digicodes est minuscule : compliqué si mauvaise vue ou gros doigts. le chauffage d'appoint est un plus car le radiateur était peu puissant.

J’ai réservé une nuit pour mon copain et moi. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié, même si ce n’était qu’une nuit. La chambre est vraiment sympa, tout comme le quartier. Je recommande.

Good place

Highly recommend for a quick/short stay in Paris. Close to the Eiffel Tower, supermarket and food eatery. Place is neat, clean and peaceful. Would definitely come back to stay again in the future. Host was highly responsive and helpful with our questions.

A nice place in a beautiful location, 15 minutes walk and you reach Eiffel Tower. The walls are thin, so if you have a neighbour, you can hear almost everything, but other than this, it is a good place!

This abnb was perfect! The location is amazing and the luggage storage was very helpful. The room was also very spacious and had great amenities.

Was staying in Paris just for one night - and this place did the trick! Clean, secure, and in a relatively safe/accessible location. Florian was a responsive and helpful host, checkin and checkout were super smooth and seamless.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt! Es gab ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Umgebung und es war sehr sauber. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe und der Eiffelturm war ca 15min Fußweg entfernt. Ab und an war es jedoch sehr hellhörig. Insgesamt aber ein super Aufenthalt!

Locality was perfect and very safe. Shops,restaurants metro and everything what you need was few minutes walk away. We recomend wednesday markets under the metro 2 minutes by acomodation. All perfect.

Clean, kettle and coffee machine, comfortable bed, amazing location, easy to access. All on floor level, only a few stairs at the entrance. Host was responsive and instructions super clear.

Awesome place! Shared amenities but a communal luggage room if you need to leave late or arrive early! Great location, not far from Eiffel Tower but a little walk from the centre, but awesome stay!

J’ai passé un séjour magnifique dans ce logement. Nous avons été accueillis par une jeune fille très aimable et attentionnée. La chambre est superbe : propre, moderne et très agréable, située dans un quartier calme. Cela vaut vraiment chaque euro dépensé !

Florian’s apartment was totally worth the money. Very clean, pretty cosy. It matched exactly the description. The host was extremely responsive. The area around is the best in Paris.

Μόλις 15 λεπτά περπάτημα από τον πύργο του Άιφελ,όμορφο διαμέρισμα λίγο μικρότερο απ ότι περίμενα αλλά αυτό δεν μας επηρέασε,ήταν καθαρό και το προσωπικό πολύ φιλικό.Σιγουρα θα ξανά έμενα εκεί!
