We had a lovely stay at this place, it was super close to the Eiffel Tower with plenty of shops nearby and it was close to everything we needed. Amazing value for money, would definitely return!!

Die Unerkunft war sehr gut. Es war sehr sauber. Das eintigste negative sind die dünnen Wände. Man hört die Personen neben an reden, duschen etc. Dies war nervend. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung.

L’appartamento è molto bello, come viene descritto. La posizione è ottima per gli spostamenti in metro, situato in una zona tranquilla. Host super disponibili e premurosi. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Bien agencé chambre assez grande partie communes impeccables avec équipement complet meublé avec goût. Proximité métro, endroit calme et paisible instructions extrêmement claires

The room was perfect for what we required for a short stay in the city. Close to the metro which made it easily accessible to all major attractions. Would definitely recommend this venue and would return for a future visit to this city.

Enjoyed our stay, the room was small but comfortable with good amenities and an easy check in process. We could walk to the Eiffel Tower easily and the location was nice - I didn't realise there was a communal area in the foyer but it wasn't too bad.

Stayed here for a long weekend and overall had a good, comfortable stay. The location is a real plus – it’s very close to the metro and also walkable to the Eiffel Tower, which was really convenient. There are plenty of nice cafés and food options nearby, so it was easy to grab coffee or a meal without going far. The room itself wasn’t very large, but it worked really well for what we needed and the bed was very comfy for sleeping after long days out exploring. As a base for a few nights in Paris, it suited us really well and I’d be happy to stay again. See less

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans une des chambres de la maison Letellier. Tout d’abord le quartier est génial, à 5 min à pieds d’un métro et avec tout plein de commerces autour. L’arrivée autonome a été très simple et bien expliquée. Le logement est super propre, petit mais très fonctionnel avec tout ce qu’il faut pour y passer plusieurs jours (cuisine, micro-ondes, bouilloire, machine à café, frigo, armoire, chauffage d’appoint…). Je n’ai pas eu l’occasion de profiter des espaces communs mais ils ont l’air vraiment très agréables pour manger ou travailler ! Les serviettes et le linge de lit sont d’un confort absolu, et le lit n’en parlons même pas, un vrai nuage ! Merci encore, je reviendrai ! See less

Wij waren ontzettend tevreden over ons verblijf in Parijs. Hartstikke netjes en schoon, ook was de metro op loopafstand en konden we makkelijk boodschappen doen. De locatie van het verblijf was ook dichtbij de Eiffeltoren wat ons aardig beviel.

It was a comfortable place. Only thing that I was disappointed with was that there was a shared common area & that the door to the bathroom hits the bed. Overall it was a nice place though.

The space is much smaller than a standard hotel room and shares a common area. We even had to double check to see if we rented the entire unit. While it’s labeled a “studio,” it’s really more like a small dorm-style room with a mini sink and a very compact stovetop, not a full kitchen. It worked fine for a one-night stay, but if we had planned to stay longer, I would’ve been really disappointed. Be sure to read the full description carefully, not just the title. This is a very small room with shared spaces, not a traditional studio setup. The price is fair but I would have paid more to have stayed in a slightly larger space. See less

The location was in an interesting part of town comparing to the North side, but a quick walk to everything. Really easy check in and very neat inside. Would recommend staying at Florian’s!

Florian’s place was a clean, quiet and easy to access place with everything you need for a pleasant stay in Paris. It was a fantastic spot for me to stage my outings and meet my friends.

We have had a very nice stay at the appartement! Very nice area, everything was very clean, fresh and new :) would def come back!

Great little spot in Paris! We stayed for 1 night before traveling to the South of France. Very close to a lot of cafes and restaurants, and about a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.

Good location, automated check-in (which we liked), and hassle free. It’s definitely a cozy room but we didn’t need extra space, so worked fine for us.

Mieszkanie było ładne i czyste, w pobliżu kilku przystanków metra, dobry wybór na pierwszy wypad do Paryża :))
