O apartamento é otimo, exatamente como as fotos. A localização é excelente, bem no centro de saint germain proximo aos melhores restaurantes, cafés e boulangeries. O prédio é antigo, mas o apartamento foi reformado e esta praticamente novo, super bem equipado. Adoramos a estadia, recomendo!

Fabulous spot in the centre of a lively art, restaurant area. Comfortable bed, you cannot hear the street but you are just around the corner from the buzz. Loved the space it gave us as a couple. Fabulous old building with real character in the stairway.

Highly recommended !!! Had a fantastic week in the flat. It is exactly as described and the pictures accurately reflect it. The location is so perfect. It is a four minute walk to the Odeon metro and 8 minutes to Notre Dame-St. Michel station. Which gives you access to everything. It is perfect size for a couple. The kitchen is well stocked. The bed is very comfortable. The hosts were very good at communicating with us. They allowed us to checkin early after a very long flight which was so appreciated. We loved every minute here. Others have mentioned the hallway, it is fine. It is old and not untypical of Paris. The only issue we had was as others have mentioned, the hot water control for the shower. My advice is that you turn it on and let it warm up and if the temperature is close to your liking, leave it. I turned it up at first and it was way too hot and fought with the knob to turn it down. Other than that, perfect. See less

Great little flat for a couple and a young baby. The bathroom was spotless and the kitchen really nice and had all you need for a short stay if you get something small from the supermarket or wish to use the oven.

the place is very nice. it is the best location to stay in my opinion. the check in and out was very easy and instructions were clear and easy. the place looks like the photos, it is nice and cozy. a lot of storage. the only things I could say are that the building is not very sound proof-we heard a lot of running and steps from the apartment above, but nothing that woke us up or anything. also the boiler needs to be turned on to a higher temp then 40 to last a full shower, so just make sure you set it or ask the host how to set it properly so it's sufficient. but once we've done it there were hot water without any issue. the host is friendly and communicative and helpful. the place overall was great and served us well. thank you very much! L'appartamento si trova in una posizione fantastica. La strada è molto tranquilla ma la metro è vicinissima e anche la Senna. Appartamento molto carino e arredato benissimo. Ogni spazio usato in maniera perfetta. Bagno molto bello. La pasticceria all'angolo è buonissima.

Was a great place to stay with only a few stairs!

Great location with lots to do and close enough to walk to most sites. Glad it was cooler than usually because we might have struggled as Americans without AC, but it ended up being very pleasant. Would love to stay here again.

This apartment was a great find - we will definitely be back. Spacious, comfortable and stylish - well appointed with everything we needed. Situated so close to metro in the best quarter with so many great restaurants shops and bars. Beautiful linen plenty of storage space in bedroom closets. Super!

For fellow Americans, the lowest floor is ground level, then it’s the first floor (it’s not that door), then what we would call the third floor is actually the second floor (it’s this door). The shower water is lukewarm at best, even so, leave the door open a crack otherwise the steam that leaves the bathroom alarms the fire alarm that is located right next to the bathroom. After we figured out these aspects it went smoother. See less

Great location in the heart of Saint Germain. The unit was very clean. Perfect for 2 people. The pullout couch is not comfortable for an adult, it's suitable for children. Lots of eating options, bars and metro within walking distance. We had a great time.
