Très belle appartement et très pratique, même à 7. Nous sommes venus dans le but de passer un concours à côté et c’était très calme et agréable pour travailler et très accessible. Hôte très accueillant et à l’écoute des besoins. Si nous devions repasser par ici nous reviendrions.

Excellent séjour à Gentilly. L'appartement est très bien agencé et conforme à l'annonce; idéal pour 6 personnes. Il est situé à proximité d'une gare RER; ce qui permet de rejoindre rapidement le centre de Paris. Merci à Hedonist pour leur suivi et leur réactivité.

Een dikke aanrader! Perfecte plek om met een grote groep te verblijven in Parijs. Ieder zijn eigen badkamer/toilet, openbaar vervoer (RER B) is dichtbij en op de hoek zit een heerlijk (niet duur) Portugees eetcafé. Kom hier dolgraag weer

The stay wasn’t perfect but overall okay—place matched the photos, though space was tight, the washing machine stayed broken, and a clogged sink was only fixed after a leak below forced action.

Raphael’s place was great! Clean, well appointed, and each bedroom had its own bathroom adding to additional comfort. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with easy access to all of the Paris sites a quick train ride away. We would definitely recommend his place to our friends!

Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind in der Nähe und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Vor dem Haus befinden sich Parkmöglichkeiten, die normalerweise gezahlt werden müssen. Wir hatten aber Glück, denn der August war ein gebührenfreier Monat. Rundum war ein gelungener Aufenthalt und Paris sowieso immer eine Reise wert. See less

There is a little pastry shop at the street corner with very good quality of wide range pastries available. And very close to supermarket for daily needs. See less
